It's a bit in an alley, but it's really worth the price! there is also a super nice balcony on the top floor and the rooms are also clean, fragrant, the linens are also clean, and you know what? for the price of 300k you get an amenities up to a toothbrush!! definitely will come back 🙌

It's a bit lazy to be asked to come here again.The guards are really lazy, that's how it is in my opinion, the hotel really restrains the people who stay with rules that make it really lazy to stay here again.

We had a long journey from Nusa Dua to Sanur and insisted to have the room booked as it was close by. We booked the room around 23:30s on June 14-15 for a night at 1 Suite with Balcony. When arrived at property, there was no one to assist. We have tried calling the two numbers provided yet one of the two were not responded. If they were to be professional, they should have informed us the procedure for the late check in.Since the reservation could not be rescheduled or refunded and we have paid for IDR 400,000, we intended to wait for at least 2 hours at lobby until 2 am. As no one was responded, we decided to check in at the room, which previous guest was just staying, which was not based on the room I booked.The room was cramped, ink was all over the bedsheet, we did not know what it was. We were so tired and informed the reception by WhatsApp chat that we have checked in to that room and asked them to come to the room when they got back. However, we woke around 6 am yet no one was coming back so we decided to get the early check out around 6 am as we needed to have a morning agenda at Sanur.Even until 12 pm on June 15, we still did not have any response from the hotel.Such a bad customer service. This is not the first action promised as they keep making the same mistake.This is also to inform that no further act will happen to anyone.

Limited check-in time. This is the only accomodation in Bali that not accept check-in in midnight, the only ONE since i visit Bali for many years.Cannot contact the staff at the accomodation, i have to contact the customer service which have a very slow respond.Told them that my flight was delayed, so i have to check-in in the midnight. They don't accept it, even when i arrive at the location at around 12 am, there's nobody at their "lobby", they only put a SICKLE to watch their guest. Oh terrible.I waste my money for this terrible accomodation with very bad service.1000% wouldn't reccomend it for anyone who visit Bali.

The room is quite good, I got it for under 200k. Yesterday I got a room on the 3rd floor right in front of the stairs, the AC wasn't very cold even though it was set to 16°C, the exhaust was quite noisy so I didn't turn it on, then the sheets and pillowcases had a lot of stains but the plus point here is that they got two rolls.Drinking water, toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided as well as bath soap, there is a water heater too and it works well. The TV is a smart TV so you can watch YouTube or Netflix. The wifi is also quite fast.The parking lot is large enough to fit a motorbike and one car. The receptionist doesn't always stand by at the front but there is a ring bell so you just press it and the staff will come straight out. Overall the right choice for those who just need a place to sleep.

I stayed for 2 days 1 night at this place to watch a concert in the Sanur area. The location is quite strategic, close to supermarkets and gas stationsOverall the room facilities are very good even though there are small stains on the bed sheets but it doesn't really bother me. The internet is high speed and the water heater works well. When checking in, the staff was helpful and immediately contacted via WhatsApp to share the WiFi password.One concern I have is in the shared kitchen which is quite poorly organized. I don't know which glasses or plates have been washed because they are placed in a mess. So you have to wash the glasses/plates you want to use again because you are worried you will use someone else's

It allows check-in at 14.00; and check-out at 12.00Rooms and bathrooms are clean, equiped with TV, wardrobe, table & chair, towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap bar, standing shower, and closet.Common room at first floor are equipped with shared toilet, refrigerator, water dispenser, dishwasher cabin, sofa. This common room is also used as waiting room and temporary luggage storage

I had a very unpleasant experience with the deposit refund from Cove. I already signed a contract that I will stay at Cove for 3 months, starting 10 Dec 2022 to 10 Feb 2023 and that they will return my deposit money maximum 2 weeks after I’m out of the property. After waiting for 2 weeks since I was out from Cove Griya Elite Sanur to get my refund back, there’s no response whatsoever regarding my refund. I tried to contact them on 26 Feb and asked them to proceed the refund but very slow response. Long story short, after some attempts to get my refund back, they finally sent the refund on 28 Feb evening. I was very upset with the slowness and the CS response from Cove. It was my worst ecperience dealing with CS of an “Exclusive Kost”. They made the rules and asked us to follow all the procedures and yet they don’t proceed accordingly. And we cannot speak to them directly on the phone as there are no number given to call, only via WA chat! Please consider to stay in any of Cove Properties for your convenience!
