WORST SERVICE EVER ! Booked and paid for 2 rooms thru Agoda, upon checking in the manager said they only received Agoda booking for 1 room (VERY DISHONEST). Asked her to show me any proof which I did not get.I called Agoda CS and they also confirmed the booking was for 2 rooms, apparently the manager told Agoda thru their call that I REQUESTED TO CANCEL 1 ROOM which i did not, the MANAGER WAS THE ONE ASKING ME TO CANCEL instead.Felt sorry for the receptionist who was just following orders from her manager, she tried her best to help accommodate our request since it’s past 8pm. I ENTIRELY BLAME THE MANAGER and hopefully Agoda will do something to correct such untrustworthy behaviour of their host, for some days other customers like myself will receive same treatment if this goes on.SHAME ON YOU MANAGER for not taking accountability of your own mistakes on the booking.Response to owner’s comment:1- Agoda CS gave CONFIRMATION in the call that the booking was for 2 rooms. Can you show us the PROOF that you only received booking for 1 room ?If you can’t prove it, i can get written confirmation from AGODA CS on the booking for everyone in here to see, so they know who’s lying.2- The refund is required because i PAID for 2 rooms when you only have 1 left.3- Suddenly i wanted to cancel because of free pick up ? I HIRED A DRIVER for my entire 4 days in Bali, I NEVER ASKED FOR FREE PICK UP. Please don’t make up fake stories here.4- Yes i was thankful that the staff helped, although you still charged me add-ons even though the four of us were in trouble trying to find other place to sleep.To MANAGER/OWNER, please at least once in your life admit that you made mistakes and apologize to your paying customers. I’m not the only customer that have had bad experience dealing with you.

Yesterday I got the PRICE OF 500 AT ALLBUT NOTHING1. soap2 shampoos3. Toothbrush4. Not even just handsoap (NOT ALL toiletries except towels)5. Just mineral water, just a small Cleo 1Usually the hotel is a package of 2 and in the travel area it is also available for 2 adults in 1 room, it should also have 2 facilities but only 1 is provided (the majority of HOTELS/GUEST HOUSES are priced at 500... it should be automatically 2)6. Check in at 2 o'clock and recently there was a check out at 11 o'clock7. Breakfast is just packaged fried rice arranged on a plate even though we were at a hotel previously with the same price as breakfast with a fairly complete menuIn my opinion, it's not worth it for the price of 500, but the facilities are like those above, so let those who read it judge what the quality of the hotel is like.Maybe it's worth it for people who like peace, but apart from that, try reading other reviewsSorry, the person who manages this hotel can improve it, don't let the visitors sulk in their comments.

The place was actually a nightmare. All the furnitures are too old, barely working.The water fountain was broken. In the bath, there wasnt any hot water and when we ask about the hot water the owner said because of the rain all of of their customer triying to use hot water. Thats why we dont have hot water and they didnt solve the water problem. There wasnt any soap, shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom.I think the pillows, sheets and towels are clean but they were stained, that makes me think they are dirty. Ceiling ventilator was too loudy, also there was lots of mosquitos. Because of the mosquitos we couldnt turn of the ceiling ventilator. Thats why we couldnt sleep well.Since our flight was in the evening, we asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel reception for a few hours when checking out from the hotel. They said, they will charge us 20.000 rufia for per suitcase, for leaving the luggage. This is the first time I have encountered something like this in my life. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms are clean and fresh, the staff very nice and try to solve the problems.I only had a little problem with the AC during my stay but after some discussion was able to change rooms.I had more friends who also lived here for short periods. In general, everything is good, but some problems with some older AC units. The staff are good to talk to but the owner can be a bit difficult to discuss with if a problem arises.

Me and my girlfriend Sille from Denmark. Was visiting Sanur for 5 days where we stayed at this place. The place is really good for the price and the location is so good that you can walk to everything. As long as the price does not increase, you will 100 percent see us again. We both don't have a finger to say. You are fairly independent, if you want your room cleaned, you just tell the hosts. Thank you so much for giving me a great impression of Sanur and Bali!!

I expect this review to be flagged by Abyan Accommodation as fake, like the other negative reviews on Google. The owner should not work in tourism, he does not like people. His behavior is totally unprofessional, he is just looking for problems. It is unpleasant to meet such a person. He should adjust the accommodation to a better condition and learn to work better with people.

The first message that we can leave our suitcases at the reception an hour before check-in for a fee... Well, I don't know, so it was already wrong.Another thing is there is no clothes dryer. Borrow for a fee again.. Wrong again.The rooms are quite ok, they basically did not clean during the seven days of stay... The ugly and dirty walls around do not look very convincing. They should also work on the quality and cleanliness of the towels. I do not recommend this accommodation.

It's located in quiet area and Easy to access to main Street through small paths.The room was smaller as photos. Especially, balcony is super tiny.Basic facilities like as the kettle and the fridge are available.Staffs are friendly and have good English. 200k is asked as deposit when I checked in.Ok place.

WORST EXPERIENCE. We encountered quite a few problems due to our stay at this hotel. Rented a scooter which was not in good condition, which stopped by itself when driving and which even had a breakdown for 15 minutes. A power outage that defrosted everything in our fridge, the Wi-Fi code that didn't work and no commercial gesture from them of course. I reported these problems to the manager who called us liars and said that we had attacked the staff even though we didn't even speak English, we were using an app to be able to chat. She was fed up with us "complaining" so she forced us to leave the hotel otherwise she would call the police, she told us that she had given our passport to the embassy and that we had one hour to leave knowing that it was 10:30 p.m. One of his staff apologized for his behavior... The most horrible of our experiences in Bali. I do not recommend this hotel.

Pros:- Spacious Room- Quiet area- Clean- Bed, Pillow, Blanket comfortable- High ceiling- Water heater work well- Soap and Shampoo provided- Mini fridge and wardrobe provided- TV provided but didnt workCons:- Booked deluxe pool access but they give me the room upstair, room #8 instead of room downstair with direct access to the pool. and they also told me that pool access means all the rooms (include the rooms upstairs) has access to the pool hahaha thats hilarious. Ofcourse, but if the access via main stairs, thats not the meaning of pool access. Then whats the different with other room type (garden view and balcony?) After being fooled by the explanation, i complained to Agoda and they told to Agoda that the room type that i booked is occupied. so dissapointed that i didnt get a room type that i paid for. Why making an excuse instead of apologize? I was meant to stay here for 8 nights, but i already disappointed with this issue.- Room Aircon didn’t work well, so have to use fan too- Stayed 4 nights and they didn’t offer to clean the room-MY RESPOND TO OWNER’S ANSWER-1. Price : No, i didnt come and visit to book direct. I book and paid deluxe pool access through Agoda before i arrived and i supposed to get pool access room without any additional fee. Why should i pay 30% more directly to you? That is your issue between Agoda, if you cant give the exact room type with that price, then no need to put the room type to avoid complain. Who is the scam here now?2. I never threatened your staff to give bad review and i never asked for upgrade. I only ask the room type that i paid for. In fact i still nice to gave 3 stars instead of 1. so don’t twist the story nor exagerating! I complained to Agoda but i never threatened to anyone!3. If cleaning the room is based on request, then tell your staff to inform the guest upon check in.4. I am surprised how professional you are as an owner to respond a feedback from customer.And about the ghost, since you’ve mentioned it, its your loss 🙄
