This is the worst hotel I have stayed, actually its not an actual hotel. There is basically no reception, nobody replies in messages or calls. We had to wait for hours with our luggage cause we could not leave them at the hotel when we first arrived, the front door was locked. The hotel room furniture and shower door is broken and a safety hazard. All the walls were dirty and stained. We were 3 people and they just added an old crooked foldable bed for the 3rd person. They have no mini fridge, no AC, not even toiletries like shampoo or enough toilet paper! When we tried to contact the owner he would not reply or care about all this.Stay far far away for your own sanity.

I don‘t know what can I write: just „overexcellent“ I mean really! I‘ve been in Hyatt and I‘ve had the same comfort here in Adrett am Dom in the bedroom! But!!! In Adrett am Dom has a plus: a very powerful and modern fan! Definetely my place in Köln!

When is a hotel not a hotel? Yes we had a room with a bed and a bathroom but that’s about where the hotel description ended. The whole|place just felt a bit odd - like it had just been put together. …

Great 2 night stay at Adrett am Dom during Karneval. I had the most basic and therefore least expensive room (without its own toilet) but they make sure you know this going in. The cost was not much but the quality of the building reflected a much higher class and more expensive hotel. Everything was super clean and well stocked, including the shared WC. Excellent central location and top G staff. If you are in Köln and need a cheap, beautiful place to stay, this is it.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We had an emergency and needed to change booking dates and the guys were the most unhelpful ever. Monetarily, they do not seem clean: only gave an invoice when asked. Rooms do not have basic things, no elevator, no breakfast, etc. Avoid this place at all costs if you value peace and money.

Found the place through here on Google. Fairly new hotel just 4 or 5 months ago. Wanted to give it a try and support the local. Before even checking in, the owner of the hotel contacted me as I was on the way there. I didn't realize I booked a room without a shower. Also shared toilet. Those are also an option for quick night sleep. Thankfully someone canceled last min and had an opening for me with a shower and toilet. The room is big and spacious. There are still room for improvements. Just missing some stuff. The staff are there to help and fulfill your needs. This place has stairs so beware. No elevator due to the size of the place. So not handicap friendly but it help get your steps in after the food around the area. The area is such a beautiful hot spot. Food, shopping, clothes, bars, attractions, you got most of it there. Even lime scooter parking and rentals which helped me out a lot. Any E-scooters really. Staff is amazing to accommodate you and make sure you're comfortable throughout your stay. I would go back when the pent house suite is finish! Still under maintenance for that one.

We were not planning on staying overnight in Cologne and just wanted to visit biggest Catholic Cathedral in Germany and attend the mass. However, after the 6:30pm mass scheduled on Saturday, we couldn't get a good trip back to Bad Wildungen. Hence, we decided to stay overnight. The receptionist is a young good-looking man and very charismatic. He speaks good English. And the lady, mother of the owner of the hotel, is very nice and accommodating. She gave us a discount. Although the only available room for us does not have its own bathroom, they offered us to use the employee's, which is okay because we only plan to take an eye shut. Also, the room is only for 2 but they allowed us 3 to stay in one room. She even offered us water and very delicious variety of nuts. They are a new hotel, and I would recommend it.

Unbelievable disappointment. I feel ripped off. Watch out when making a reservation, because they mention discreetly that the rooms DON'T have a private bathroom, toilet and even no sink... and even for this I had to pay 250 euros!!! because cancellation would have costed me 230 euros, so no point changing plans. I wasn't even participating with the Pride event or whatsoever (instead of 90 euros they pumped everything up magnificently). Wanted to give my wife a 1 night out in Koln, and booked everything last minute, being misled, or not diligent enough I thought I made a reservation at a quality Hotel. Be aware this place is just a box rental business! (the small room didn't even have lights that worked correctly, no table, no closet, no breakfast... nothing but broken curtains and a airfan. never coming back to this place and trying to warn you all
