At the same price as the guest house I stayed in, after staying here the quality was very different, the room smelled like the TV didn't work, the water heater didn't work even though I ordered a deluxe room.

Very dirty and old rooms. In the photos looks like brand new but actually the maintenance is very bad, the rooms are old and rusted.
The water in the shower was cold, and the tv wasn't working.

The room price is quite cheap, the room is good, unfortunately when I went there the room was not clean, there were cigarette butts left behind, the bathroom was quite clean, the staff forgot to put a bath mat, the wifi was slow

For hotels with prices under 200 thousand, this hotel is not bad. I ordered a deluxe room, got room 102 with a direct view of the main road, with a queen size bed + a fairly long sofa. Hot water works well, even the mini refrigerator is also quite cold. The employees were friendly and responsive when I asked for help. The swimming pool is suitable for children but not too long.Weaknesses that could be improved:I see that this hotel building is quite luxurious, while I was at DPS since 2013, this hotel was already there and looked luxurious. Maybe now it looks like an unkempt hotel because the management of this hotel could go bankrupt because of the recent pandemic. just my assumption. You can see from the moment you enter the hotel, the security post is neglected, the roof of the hotel, the walls are all shabby, the car basement parking is muddy, dark, the reception room is dusty, even the sofa has a few holes in it like it has been exposed to cigarettes. The room doesn't have air conditioning. went up to room 102, there was peeling wall paper, a tap, a rusty shower, a small trash can. the room is a bit dusty. However, when I filed several complaints, the employees were responsive and immediately cleaned up. Maybe the owner of the hotel is going bankrupt, but please maintain the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. Because dusty hotels really make it uncomfortable. TV and room telephone don't work. but the room is quite big. The breakfast room is also actually good but not functional. Maybe if this hotel is repaired, with room prices of 400-500 thousand people will be able to book here.

regret coming here!! the room had lots of spots, the air conditioner wasn't cold, asked to get a toothbrush because we didn't have one in the other room, but there wasn't any, until we got home and went swimming, the water wasn't clean, it was dirty and it wasn't maintained

Terrible experience at this hotel. We stayed for two weeks and had problems from the moment we arrived. As soon as we arrived, we were forced to wait almost an hour for our room because there was no staff available to help us with our luggage.During our stay, we had to change rooms five times due to different issues in each room:1. In the first room, the refrigerator didn't work, and there was no hot water.2. In the second room, the air conditioning was broken.3. In the third room, again, there was no hot water.4. In the fourth room, the Wi-Fi didn't work.Despite our complaints, the staff was unable to solve any of the problems. They simply suggested that we change rooms, hoping the next one would be problem-free.This hotel is in terrible condition and is literally falling apart. I placed a water bottle on the bathroom sink, and some pieces of the sink fell off. The bathroom was full of limescale in the sink and the shower, and there were stains everywhere, from the sheets and pillows to the towels and even the walls. The furniture was damaged. The photos on their platforms look nice, but in reality, this place is horrible. We even saw a mouse twice during our stay.The pool was dirty and, although the staff was kind and helpful, they did nothing to improve our experience. Additionally, none of the staff spoke English, which made communication very difficult.In conclusion, we absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The experience was extremely disappointing.

The worst experience while staying at a hotel, the service was very bad, the staff was not friendly. The rooms are not clean, especially the toilets are bad. When checking out the employee couldn't smile and didn't have the slightest politeness, highly not recommended.
