I booked 1person hotelroom, but I got a big room with a nice bed. Little bit old fashion the room and bathroom but clean and enough towels. WiFi was terrible, no access on your room. Checking your email in the lobby. Staff is frendly. Restaurant is good

I stayed there 5 days. It was hard to find the building because it should be a group of buildings that belong to the same company. Restaurant was on another building with few options. Breakfast with only the basics. …

Quality and price is aligned. Nice and clean, free parking, good breakfast and situated in an area with total silience.

Unfortunately it failed in all respects. Neither the breakfast nor the rooms were convincing for the price. Unfortunately, it's more of a completely worn out hotel from which euros are still being squeezed out.The breakfast is an imposition. Turn 5 cups over until you find a clean one. The coffee was bad, the rest was packaged cheaply and presented carelessly. It's a shame, the location promised a lot - especially given the price. I would stay somewhere else even for 80 euros per night.

We were there with a larger group for a long weekend. Conclusion: Hotel in need of renovation with a Hesse family (the operator) who have become blind. Upon arrival some rooms had not been cleaned. In general, the rooms are outdated and the showers have mold. My room in Haus Hesse already had a lot of patina and was dusty. The shower was moldy. On the balcony, the guests had previously left the packaging of a potato soup with a fag in it. The packaging probably stays on the balcony because the cleaner keeps overlooking it. The room just smelled old, dusty and a spider web had made itself comfortable over the bed. The whole thing for 90 euros a night is a disgrace. The room door was not locked by the cleaner after her “work”.

Difficult and for several reasons, the first reason: Since the hotel consists of several buildings, all of different years of construction, you apparently have to be lucky when reserving a room. At least in terms of quality, cleanliness and accessibility. We had booked several rooms, so I can summarize several experiences in one report. I only give the service 4 stars because of the breakfast period, as they always tried to fill everything up immediately. However, when it comes to the selection of breakfast, it is literally small; 3 types of cheese, ham and something similar to salami. Then there was plastic-packaged butter, margarine and other sweet spreads, as well as scrambled and boiled eggs, as well as meat salad, unsweetened yoghurt, chocolate muesli and other frosties such as chocochips. Bread and really sticky rolls that the knives failed and they were more likely to be torn than cut. There were drinks; Multivitamin juice, orange juice, cold water, hot water for tea and, last but not least, coffee, which was only available with strong caffeine in thermos flasks that were not entirely clean. Then I would personally have had the misfortune of having grabbed a teaspoon that still had parsley or something similar stuck to it from the day before. This location is in the reception building, which you stare at all the time during breakfast as well as in the kitchen right next to it. You quickly notice that the hotel has illustrious guests, from pensioners to craftsmen and families. Let's get to the rooms:These are furnished from old to middle old, there seems to be a backlog of investment in furniture. My room apparently performed best. It was tidy but not clean. The most important thing, however, was that the bed was clean. However, the carpet still had crumbs and sand from the previous guest, the tiles in the small bathroom definitely hadn't been wiped, but the fittings and the toilet bowl had.Apparently my mattresses weren't old yet, as they were very comfortable - something that the others unfortunately couldn't confirm for me - theirs were sagging. There was no bottle of water in the room as a service, no minibar (but 2 glasses and a bottle opener) and no safe.Does the hotel justify this price? No, even though there isn't anything cheaper in Blankenese, the price per night was not only steep but simply too much for what was on offer, because it doesn't get more than a hostel atmosphere. Although I already know better hostels.Would I book a room there again? No, not really.

We have been going to Internorga for years and staying in this hotel, sometimes with friends, sometimes alone. But this time we didn't feel welcome as guests. Our room was missing bed linen, towels and the shower head was broken. In the other rooms the TV didn't work and the door couldn't be locked. Our friends had to pack their things again and move, and the defects that the housekeeper should have noticed beforehand were repaired. The beds were narrow but ok, the room was clean and warm. The breakfast was ok, it was well topped up. What deeply disappointed us was the three-course menu offered with our half board. Years ago a great buffet was offered, which was really appealing!! This weekend there was a plated meal. The starter was a slice of pizza, about the size of a matchbox, decorated with a dollop of sauce; the main course was a children's portion; a spoonful of rice, a spoonful of vegetables, a party meatball and the drumstick from a chicken meatball. Dessert was a small glass bowl with red jelly and some vanilla sauce. It was disappointing and we left the restaurant hungry.

Our rooms, breakfast in the Hotel Blankenese, then dinner in the restaurant, so always walk a few meters. It's stupid if you just want to go back to your room after breakfast.Room was a bit noisy, 2 night owls who couldn't whisper were only bearable after a friendly warning...Unfortunately, the stairwell could not be sufficiently ventilated; it smelt and remained warm. But OK for the purpose and price.

The 3* hotel impresses with everything that a modern, new 3* hotel generally has to offer and apart from a few little things there is nothing to complain about. …
