The only problem is that there was no reception in the building and the gate and entrance doors were open (didn’t give feeling of safety). At 03:00am some other people knocked on our door confused about where their room was. Bathrooms and bedroom were nice and cosy.

Comfortabele stay in huge room, with loads of beds, near the city centre and priced very reasonably. Parking places and restaurants in the vicinity.

Hotel to avoid!!!!!!They say they close arrivals at 10 p.m. but allow you to reserve arrival slots until 1 a.m. the next day and they allow you to block the reservation (without the possibility of getting a refund).It's nonsense

We had a beautiful room. It was very difficult to pick up the key at a different location. That street was very busy...I missed a general cleaning cupboard. I really wanted to do some vacuuming myself, because my children had made a mess.

It's strange to get the key for check-in from another hotel about 1km away, but other than that, the size of the rooms, the bathroom, the comfort of the beds, etc. are very good. It would be nice if there was a kettle and a refrigerator in the rooms. Although it is not located in the very center of Hamburg, it is very good that it is very close to the metro. Even though there is no reception, the rooms are cleaned every day. I would stay again.

Room great. Quiet location (I had a room at the back). There is no breakfast. But eating nearby is possible.Registration is about 1.5km away on foot, by car about 3.5km.Unfortunately, this makes registration a bit complicated. Parking space is a bit tight when registering.Parking at the hotel would have cost 15 euros. There are plenty of parking spaces next to the hotel.

Great hotel, we had a very nice room with 4x double beds so that we could sleep in 1 room with the whole family. Checking in was very inconvenient at a different location and it also took a very long time.

Very chic and the location is good too. Very quiet. You pick up the key somewhere else, but it was quick and easy. There were no more parking spaces at the hotel on the day of arrival, but there was plenty available on the quiet street
