As we stayed 3 nights, we deliberately reserved a bigger and more expensive room. The room was indeed bigger; but also basic and functional. We had a capsule coffee machine. Used pods were not emptied from the container, as part of cleaning. It would have been nice to have kettle and tea possibility as well. Also there was no minibar/small fridge in the room.The breakfast selection was ok, no hot food. The b/fast room was very noisy and echoes a lot, so not necessarily a pleasant experience.Free parking was excellent and good for motorcycles.Aral shop is right beside the B&B, so you can pick sandwiches, snacks, drinks etc from there. Restaurants are within walking distance.

All in all, an okay place for the money.Not the best maintained room, most light switches needed special handling to turn the light on persistently.There's a very noise road right besides the hotel.Has its own parking lot.

I must come in that this is a lovely very clean and very welcoming hotel and you won’t go far wrong booking in here especially if you deal with the reception manager Ayub who is fantastic and speaks perfect English and you’d be hard pushed to find about a hotel manager.

The carpets in the room is super dirty 🤢. And bathroom was small and a little bit dirty.The ac is good and the light in the bathroom gone crazy every time👎🏻.

The stay was pleasant and the check-in rather quick. The location and surrounding was nice. The connection to the public transportation system of Hamburg was very good and we had no problem to get into the center of town.

Upon check-in, the staff asked whether we were tourists or part of a company, which was a surprising question for us. I responded, "No, we are neither tourists nor affiliated with a company." She then said, "Okay, please wait, as I can't process this right now, or it would be really crazy," She looked very stress.The room itself was clean but very tiny with very tiny table. But the bed was comfy. Had shampoo, body wash and conditioner combine in one bottle. Contrary to what our reservation confirmation indicated about receiving water upon arrival, there was no such offer when we checked in. When we asked about it, the staff gave us an unpleasant look. Adding to our disappointment, there was no kettle in the room.Fortunately, I hadn't prepaid for breakfast, allowing me to assess the situation before deciding whether to eat there or not. The breakfast is below standard. It consisted of a basket of boiled eggs, a few unappetizing pastries, some individually wrapped sweets resembling Twinkies in the U.S., a limited selection of ham slices in a less-than-appetizing tray, and a basic coffee pot—nothing more. At least that day, there were no fruits, vegetables, or options for vegans like myself.The most concerning part was I saw the owner or manager of the restaurant coughing and then covering his mouth with his hands before touching the ham and placing it onto the bread, which left us feeling with ewwww.If you just need a place to sleep for one night without needing anything else, this is probably okay. Its about 5 min walk to the train station. There is also a gas station next door.

Easy booking online, even with a dog (something a lot of other hotels don't let you add yourself.) After having spent the previous night in a horrible motelroom, the cleanliness was bliss. Big room, friendly reception, good parking. Quite far from the city centre (my own fault for not checking location).

this no frill hotel is really tops. Great location, very nice rooms, small but compact bathroom. My only complaint is that the room doors are very loud upon closing which becomes annoying when lots of people near you arrive during the night. I chose not to get breakfast since I eat little and the cost would have not warranted it.
