In the booking area you can let them know what time you will be arriving under special requests. I had a late flight and told them I would be arriving by midnight on a Thursday. I couldn’t call internationally so I had a friend call and tell them my name and that I would be arriving at midnight and they said that was fine and to ring the bell outside. I rang the bell and knocked for at least 5 minutes before someone ran up and very nastily asked if I had a reservation... I told her yes I notified you twice this is no surprise. Next morning I wanted to extend my stay, waited until 11am for someone to start working. I never saw a single human being on that property. It’s a small town, so don’t expect it to be staffed apparently. Rooms were clean and nice, good value for price. Just make sure if you have a late flight you call multiple times.

There can't be a worse place to stay than this, they don't give you sheets and on top of that they don't clean between guests, everything is dirty even my sheets are full of someone else's blood, and if you want sheets it's a luxury that you have to pay for, it's incredible .The vacuum cleaner on the second floor does not work, there are two washing machines for the entire hostel, one of which does not work and is connected to the tap drain, it couldn't be more shabby and dirty, they really should close this place since I don't think so. that has the legal minimum hygiene

Dirty, no sheets, no towels, no toilet paper. We have to stay here for 6 weeks and not even toilet paper. When I told the owner where the sheets were, she told me that “the sheets are a luxury, if I want I can buy them.” Not recommended, HUID

Terrible place, they deliver it to you dirty, and they don't even put sheets on the bed or towels, the kitchen is super dirty, the rooms are moldy and dirty everywhere! I don't recommend at all, on top of that it's super expensive!
