We, a family with one child, had a wonderful stay on the organic farm. The outdoor area and the holiday apartment are beautifully landscaped. The play area in the garden can be used entirely by guest children. The holiday apartment is perfectly equipped and one of the best equipped holiday apartments we have stayed in so far.The Kordes family is happy to give leisure and hiking recommendations.The availability of fresh milk and fresh eggs at the vending machine is particularly great.If you want, you can take part in farm life and, for example, in the morning or evening. take the cows out to pasture.A visit to the farm again next year is firmly planned. :-)

Very nice apartment, super nice owners, great garden with old trees for the children and old people, small shallow stream, vending machine with its own milk, eggs, pasta.Great animals, everything there.Shopping within walking distance, the lake is easy to reach by bike, everything is great!!Keep it up!!

Very nice apartment, very friendly landlord (applies to the whole family), very available with good tips for the bike tours we took. The apartment we had is in very good condition, nothing is missing. We can absolutely recommend the Kordes-Zellermair guest house. Centrally located, bakery, butcher, Edeka, Penny everything in town, also restaurants and an ice cream parlor and everything in the immediate vicinity. We will definitely come there more often.

Great hosts, great apartment.Equipped with everything you need.Fresh milk vending machine right in front of the front door, from the hosts' cows.Also eggs from free-range chickens.Tegernseecard is included and super practical, as you can use it to take the buses and even take the boat on two routes every day.To the lake 20 minutes on foot or 5 by car.Theoretically you can also rent bikes, but we preferred to walk.Restaurants, bakers, butchers and shops all within walking distance.

We have felt very comfortable here. The host family is very warm and happy to give excursion tips. Our daughter was thrilled with the trampoline, the swing and the other play equipment. Every morning there is fresh milk and organic eggs. The location is also perfect. Bakers, butchers, grocery stores, ice cream parlors and restaurants can be reached quickly on foot. Nevertheless, it is quiet and rural. We can only recommend the accommodation. The apartment is clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back.

I felt very comfortable in the Kordes guest house. The booked apartment "Beech" is bright and large, built with high-quality materials and harmoniously and comfortably furnished. Everything you need in a self-catering holiday apartment was there. I found it enriching that I wasn't in a house that only consisted of holiday apartments or hotel rooms, but that the apartment was in a large farm, with a great garden by the way, where you can see the everyday farming operations with dairy cows, chickens, etc . could follow. I was able to contact the family at any time, was treated extremely friendly and provided with good holiday tips. I fondly remember the great conversations with Ms. Kordes. I would book this holiday apartment again at any time and recommend it to family and friends.

We have been spending our summer vacation with the Kordes family for three years.The Esche holiday apartment is very spacious, clean and friendly.Something was renewed every year (first the shower cubicle, then the living room furniture and last year the kitchen furniture).The guest house is centrally located for all sorts of excursions (Munich, Salzburg, Innsbruck, etc.), and it's not far to the lake either.Right next to it there are various shops, bakeries and a Raiffeisen bank. Nevertheless, it is very quiet and relaxing on the edge of Gmund.The Kordes family is friendly, lovable and happy to help with excursions. We look forward to spending our next vacation there too.
