We booked at short notice and it went smoothly.Room and shower were very clean. There are games and a barbecue area in the backyard. There was even a fire bowl for a small fire.Other guests only thought that the shared kitchen belonged to them alone!!!We'll definitely be back!

Nicely decorated at first glance. Unfortunately there is no shelf in the bathroom and shower. You can't put more than 2 toothbrush cups, even though there would be space. It was also very cold. If guests are expected, the room should be heated beforehand. On the 2nd day it worked. Unfortunately the heating in the bathroom doesn't work well. Only lukewarm and that in March. Otherwise it was very quiet at the back. Unfortunately, we were sitting upright in bed when someone started messing around in the kitchen early on. Very noisy in the guesthouse itself. All in all OK.

Furnished with love. There is even a small kitchen with everything you need (oven, coffee maker, stove, microwave, etc) + dining area if you prefer to self-cater.I will book again or as a former Plauener to visit family...

The guesthouse is in a wonderful location in the middle of Plauen and is very nicely decorated. Unfortunately, when I arrived I noticed that the bathroom had not been wiped, I saw traces of the guests in front of us (lint and lint) and dust had obviously not been wiped for a long time (at least in places like the head of the bed and the wardrobe).Apart from that it was a very nice stay,The concept of sharing the kitchen with the other guests takes some getting used to, but we really liked it.All in all, a pleasant, inexpensive stay, but the cleanliness could be looked at a little more closely.

It was a very nice and clean room. Everything is very modern and simple. The shared kitchen is equipped with everything you can imagine (microwave, dishwasher, kettle,...). There is no contact person on site, but questions were answered very quickly by email.Definitely recommended.For us as parents of one-year-old twins, it would have been nice if there had been a changing facility (on the wall) in the bathroom (there was enough space) or perhaps a high chair in the kitchen. As a little suggestion for the owner (it's very inexpensive at Ikea 😉).

Small but nice. Room well equipped with double bed and bathroom. Closet, desk and refrigerator available. Bathroom with shower and towels. Shared kitchen usable for 5 rooms. Fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, stove, microwave, dishes,...Located right in the center, 5 minutes walk to the market square, town hall, shopping arcade.We found it very nice and would love to come back.

Room including bathroom very modern and clean. A second seat in the room would be good and there is no toaster in the kitchen. Unfortunately there is no free parking in front of the house. We received a ticket for €20, a shame.

Beautiful, newly renovated guesthouse right in the center! The rooms are beautiful and lovingly furnished!The owner is very friendly and every inquiry was answered very friendly and quickly! We'd love to come back!
