A great location, just minutes from the autobahn (motorway) but in a quiet location. Fantastic rooms, modern and comfortable with full ensure bathroom, TV, telephone and wardrobe space. Had a family room and it was lovely and spacious .

Country hotel in Glauchau, away from the beaten path. A bit old and rustically furnished. Our room number 1 just took some getting used to, especially the bathroom. Very tight, even for two of us really slim people. Toilet wedged between shower and wall, sink at what feels like belly button height...Food was mediocre. I had the beef steak from our own slaughterhouse and ordered it medium rare.What came was a visually appealing steak of good size, unfortunately overcooked and therefore sometimes just tough.After complaining, the chef came to us and listened to our criticism....tenor afterwards, he takes note of the criticism but sees it completely differently....I could have ordered my steak in English, i.e. he didn't care at all.....great in this day and age.All other employees very friendly.It's not difficult for me to pay a little over 80 euros for 2 glasses of wine and 2 small beers plus the steak and one chicken steak with mozzarella and tomato....but not for this quality!!!Room cost 150 euros per night including breakfast.A disgrace for this double room, but the MotoGP surcharge can definitely be taken into account.Conclusion.....not exactly a bargain, but not convincing either!Better not again.

We celebrated our wedding (wedding ceremony, coffee, dinner and overnight stay) in the country hotel on September 30th, 2023. Our previous agreements were adhered to to our satisfaction.Staff friendly, rooms modern and clean. The food (festive buffet) was great to look at and super tasty. Breakfast buffet had everything. A very nice day for us, our families and our friends in this location. We recommend.

We chose the Landhotel Billing as our home during the Sachsenring MotoGP weekend.We felt very welcome, the room was sparkling clean every day. The bathroom is quite new and modern, as are the brilliantly large skylights!A country hotel is not a luxury establishment, we don't expect it to be. The atmosphere is super familiar and friendly, the service is quick and on the ball, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful. There's always time for a little snack.There isn't necessarily much to offer in the Höckendorf area within walking distance. You can go for a walk and enjoy the rural area, but otherwise you have to rely on the car. Parking is also not a problem. Enough space available.The associated restaurant has a chic little menu with delicious regional food. The in-house cattle breeding does the rest. We can only recommend the house.

I highly recommend it! Attentive and very friendly waitress. The food is impeccable and the beef is home-raised. I was here a few weeks ago and was able to watch the cattle from the beer garden. What more do you want? A big praise

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world in my life, both good and not so good, but I have never come across anything like this. Because we were invited to our daughter's wedding (3 families with 5 children) we were interested in this hotel. We requested and received an offer, which we confirmed in writing after 3 days (confirmation of delivery is available). I contacted you 2 days before arrival Make sure by phone that the journey is ok. We arrive and find out that the rooms have not been reserved. We were offered an alternative that we didn't trust after everything that had happened. Another hotel (around 20% more expensive) stepped in and welcomed and hosted us excellently despite the house being full. 1 star is still too much, unfortunately 0 stars is not possible. No trace of an apology.
