Very impressed how convenient and smooth the hotel runs. From bookingthe room all the way till checkout, I could easily do everything on my phone and everything worked fast. The room had a homey feel and it was very clean. It was so stress-free, I'll definitely be looking for their rooms the next time I go to a new city.

I have already stayed in a bonn for two times. At the first time I gave then the benefit of the doubt, because there was only a minor mistake. But now I can say for sure that I will not be back at Numa. To start with the noise that housekeeping makes, it isn't good to wake up with them especially if you work at night. The isolation isn't good at all. But these are the little mistakes they make. Both times I caught the room without shower pressure. On my second time I have made a reservation for the large room with kitchenet and they have put me in a room that is connected to two other rooms(first time in my life), I could hear the persons speaking in the other rooms, even during the day. But the worst thing I will mention now, I had a light emergency and also emergency stickers and even the red beacon emergency turned into 24 hours a day. This was definelly one of the worst experiences that I ever had in hotels. As I booked on their website they give me something called "on a member" which allows me to check out until 1pm, in the last few days they took the option away and didn't even bother to tell me anything.Note: the photo isn't mine, because unfortunately I have only shown this joke by video call to others but I took one from internet that perfectly describes the nights that I have paid and didn't sleep.

I have stayed at this place for a total of 6 months, in 3 separate bookings. During the first 3 months, I would have given this place a significantly higher rating, however the attitude of the cleaning service personell and the cleanliness of the rooms deteriorated to such an extent, alongside the support via WhatsApp being frankly useless, that I have been brought to write this review. There were multiple occasions where the cleaners attempted to enter my room whilst I was still inside. This isn't a problem by itself, however they did so outside the times that were provided via WA. This could be as early as 8 AM or as late as 5 PM (for context, the provided times were 11 AM to 3 PM). While I am aware that it is their job to clean the room, I am still the one paying to stay there, and when I asked them to come back at a later time/day, they apparently first had to call their supervisor to double-check that I had said that, so I was interrupted during a work call twice. Furthermore, they somehow didn't show up to clean my room for a consecutive period of 3 weeks at one point. When I was away from the room and they did in fact clean it, I had a pretty large amount of empty bottles, which you can return to supermarkets for a small amount of money. I had separated these bottles from my other trash in two large plastic bags. When I came back however, both bags were gone. The bottles inside would have been roughly 20€. On another occasion, some coins that I had lying around also mysteriously vanished after the cleaning. At the end of the second booking, I couldn't extend it any further, and the entire complex was apparently sold out for exactly one night before my third booking continued. Therefore I wanted to use the complementary storage lockers so I wouldn't have to move all of my stuff halfway across Bonn to my friend's place where I was staying the night. However the lockers are supposed to be emptied at 8 PM, so I asked the staff via WA to find out if they could make an exception in my case. This led to me having a lot of pointless conversation with their virtual assistant until I could finally get it to redirect me to an actual human. The humans that I did manage to reach however were so removed from empathy and actually helping their guests that it's as if I was still talking to a bot. After explaining my problem twice, I did manage to get them to agree to keeping my things in the lockers if no one else wanted to use them. I suggested to maybe store my belongings in one of the "Staff Only" areas, since I didn't need independent access to my stuff, which they said was impossible. Strangely a lot of things that I suggested were immediately deemed as impossible, including keeping my things in the locker over night, which turned out fine in fact. However when I was checking out, I realized that one of my larger belongings didn't fit in their lockers, so I again asked, both via WA and in person, if they could store it somewhere else in the building. Via WA I received the usual "It's impossible" response, while in person, the staff member simply laughed at me and said no while walking away. This left a very sour aftertaste. In the end, I ended up lugging a 10kg PC halfway across Bonn, because it was apparently "impossible" to leave it there for exactly 20h until I would move right back in.Finally, when I booked the 3rd room, I selected the early check-in option. The way it's supposed to work is that you get a notification via WA when your room is ready. Otherwise it's ready at 3 PM (standard check-in). I arrived at 11:30 AM, and waited for this notification. Roughly around 1-2 PM I saw the cleaning personell leave the building. In intervals of 30 minutes I went up to my room, since they had already provided the PIN, and attempted to enter, to no avail. This continued until 3 PM, with no changes being made to the room that I am aware of. When I finally did move into this 3rd room, having a sore back from carrying, I was met with a truly disgusting sight (see picture).

Do not get scammed!!! Pictures on the website do NOT show how the rooms really are.Emergency exit right in front of the bed with a green light for you to have a great night sleep. I understand there have to be safety measures, but either:- have a better design- put real pictures on the website or simply say: “hey, there’s a green light going on and off all night right in front of the bed, are you sure you want to book this room?”Awful staff, completely unprofessional and certainly not helpful.Lying staff saying there are no more rooms available when if you check on the website there are.Never coming back

I am a guest at the Numa Hotel. From the photo you can see the night situation of the room: an emergency light that cannot be turned off is located exactly in front of the bed. As far as I'm concerned, it's not possible for me to sleep with a spotlight in my eyes. I asked for a room change and was denied. I wonder in which hotel in the world it is not possible to turn off the lights to sleep.Fortunately, after a my request, the personnel of Numa found me a new room without any emergency light, and I appreciate it. Thank you

We stayed at Numa in Bonn for 3 nights and I would not stay here again. The room itself is compact but very well laid out - there is a good sized bathroom, coffee/tea making facilities, a safe, lots of space to store clothing/shoes and the bed is very comfortable. However, we had 2 issues. The first is that the shower ran cold on our first day. We ran the water for 10-15 mins and it remained cold. I contacted customer service who informed me to let the water run longer. I advised them that we had to take 2 full cold showers and only then did they inform me that they would notify their team. We had no further communication on the matter, but when we got back to the room the shower was hot.Our second issue was that we were only given 1 toilet roll for 2 people for 3 days. This would not have been an issue had the 'essentials closet' in the basement not been empty for the whole day also. I contacted customer service and was advised they would inform their team. 7 hours later and we still had no toilet roll nor was the closet restocked. When I contacted customer service again, they just apologised and said toilet roll would be sent in the morning (as we were checking out).Due to these 2 issues, we would not book to stay at Numa again. Toilet roll and a working shower are basic requirements when booking a place to stay and the lack of both I felt was unacceptable.
