We were very satisfied and will definitely come back.The staff in all areas were very friendly.The food was tasty and the selection of drinks was very extensive.The New Year's Eve celebration was very good in terms of cuisine, but the DJ took a lot of getting used to.The location of the hotel is very central but still quiet.

We were very positively surprised! What we got for our money.The room was very nice and the size was enough. It was under the roof and could be reached by elevator. The view of the mountain is very beautiful.The food was very very tasty! Always great theme evenings with various dishes from the buffet. I can't understand who has something to complain about. A great breakfast. The lunchtime snack is made from dinner, which I think is great! This way nothing is wasted.With all inclusive, drinks were free from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.The staff was very friendly and always accommodating.We'd love to come back.

We actually stayed in the Rathaushotel for a few nights in December but were accommodated in the Hotel Keilberg due to overbooking...Everything was closed there for the first few days because there were no guests there other than us.The Hotel Keilberg belongs to the group of the Rathaushotel with all inclusive.We were only able to inspect the food and service on site for 2 days and it was quite decent.Very good selection of food and drinks. Only the breakfast was always the same and not very interesting.We really enjoyed the dinner with various themed evenings.The hotel is locked and can only be accessed with a room card! Photo Enforced.Short-term parking spaces in front of the door but be careful because the public order office is checking!

What some people complain about is completely unclear to me, they are looking for something somewhere in order to feel important. The hotels have been renovated and the staff are friendly and competent. Parking is possible at normal prices. With your arrival you are provided with AI, where else can you get that? Many drinks including rum, whiskey and Aperol are included. Food is certainly always a matter of taste, but we enjoyed everything throughout. Lobby and billiards are available, drinks are sometimes served until the evening, which is not always easy. We had a handicapped accessible room, which wasn't necessary but it wasn't bad either.We would like to express our thanks to the hotel team and promise to come back soon.😀👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pleasant accommodation in the middle of the market. Service, food and accommodation are perfectly fine. The market is both a blessing and a curse. Parking options are rare, you have to be willing to walk a bit to a large public parking lot.Otherwise we are satisfied.

Anyone who has ever had an all-inclusive holiday will expect something different than what you get here. The breakfast is pretty simple, there is almost everything, but you won't find croissants, fruit salad or pancakes. I also wondered what was so difficult about making scrambled eggs from whole eggs from the Tetra Pack.Lunch consists of soup, the afternoon cake is a ready-made mix from the supermarket and dinner... well, you get full, but you're also looking for the taste and you feel more like you're in a canteen.The dessert is the same every day and some of it is actually from the previous days. The room did not have a working smoke detector. The lowerable door seals didn't work, so it was as drafty as an old castle, and repairing the constantly heating radiator in the bathroom consisted of turning it off completely. The mattresses are saggy and so soft that you almost can't get out of bed. Otherwise, the rooms are adequately equipped, spacious and clean.Some people will probably have a problem with the fact that the service staff barely understand German, but English works quite well. The ladies at reception speak German, but don't feel like working. Customer friendliness is unknown to them.We also felt like we were in a Dutch retirement home and at 50 years old we were probably the youngest in the hotel.It should also be mentioned that the parking lot at the hotel costs an extra €10 per day and you can only park your car in one spot for more than 2 hours after 6 p.m.I can't understand the positive reviews and for the price of almost €1000 for 5 days, I'm used to better than what you get here.Thank you for this kind of statement, it shows me again that I was right in assessing your customer friendliness.Only those who justify themselves in this way accuse themselves.
