Some food was great, others OK but never bad. Lovely atmosphere and outside sitting area. Playground would need a bit of tlc but our little one still enjoyed it. Staff felt a little slow but was friendly.

Thanks a million for a great stay and sincere and genuine hospitality! Dinner on our arrival was great, the restaurant was packed and we had missed to book breakfast which was pointed out on our arrival and arranged accordingly. Dankeschön!

I can only agree with many of the reviews here. The whole team, from service to the boss, are all very friendly, personable and attentive. We also noticed, as has already been noted here, that Mr. Schreiber personally takes the time to greet guests and then ask whether everything is to their satisfaction. The service and especially the food were excellent - it made sense that we also had to try the desserts. Every extra request was taken into account despite the high occupancy, which is not always easy with a family of 6 and we have experienced things differently in other places. We felt very well looked after and cared for. Luckily we didn't end up poor because the price-performance ratio was also right.It was definitely not the last time we were guests.

My husband and I had dinner at Alberthöhe for the first time yesterday.The service is very courteous, reliable, friendly and always strives to fulfill the guest's every wish. The food was very, very tasty. The chef and his wife are also very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Ask each guest personally, which is rare these days. The guest room is beautifully designed, you feel like you are at home. I can only recommend that if you want to have a good meal and also meet nice people, Alberthöhe is the right place.

A visit to Alberthöhe is always worthwhile. The food was again very tasty.Top service and the young people in the team are very attentive and friendly.Keep it up, we'll be happy to come back.

I recently visited the restaurant and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. As soon as we entered the restaurant we felt unwelcome and were greeted rudely.The service was extremely bad. Two of our guests had beer thrown at them and instead of rectifying the situation, it was simply ignored. To make matters worse, we also had to pay for the spilled beer, as well as the packing of food.It was obvious that the waitress had no idea about service. We had to go to the waitress ourselves and ask for drinks because we were completely ignored.To make matters worse, the cocktail I ordered wasn't one - it was just juice with syrup. When I asked the waitress about it, I was ignored and she didn't want to acknowledge it. The apple strudel we ordered for dessert was also a disappointment. It was overflowing with a sauce that wasn't even a vanilla sauce and therefore completely missed the typical taste of an apple strudel.Despite all this, the main courses were tasty, which unfortunately only slightly improved the experience.Overall, this was not a good experience and unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant.

Ten of us had dinner here yesterday. We were all really impressed by the very high quality of the food. It doesn't get any better.The operation and service was and is excellent. The ambience of the design is irresistible.We will definitely go back to visit. And please don't forget to try such an excellent strawberry cup.Thank you and full praise to all employees.Keep it up.
