Nice hotel, better and nicer than the pictures on the website. We had rom 18 and 19. Very nice, clean and quiet rooms.Perfekt parking in warm garasje.Really good traditional food.And thanks to Frau Nuss who did the little extra at breakfast 🙂

Very nice hotel. Cozy with good breakfast. Unfortunately the soap in the shower was empty on the first day, but that was an easy enough fix :) second night we where all set up and comfy. |There is a fridge and a safe.

I spent 10 days here due to work. The room was big for a single room, the pillows are useless, but I always bring my own pillow from home. The mattress is ok, but a little used. The rest is good. Breakfast is good, the location is quiet and the public transport is half a minute away.

The biggest problem was that is is just very loud. In my room everytime someone walked outside the door, i woke up. often it sounded like chairs being draged over the floor, so very bad sleep all 4 nights.I asked for a different room, but was told there was nothing to do.The pillows are very bad and so is the covers, it just feels like the cheapest from IKEA, just not nice to use.In my oppinion 109€ for a night is a very high price for something below standard.

HORRIBLE experience for me.Booked a room for one night, got woken up at 8 in the morning on a Sunday by the lovely sounds of furniture being dragged and vacuum cleaning. It was as if there was no door at all.Confronting the front desk of this issue, her reply was " oh you booked the low standard room, it's gets very loud there, it's quiet in the other side of the hotel... "Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay.

Rooms are clean but sparsely furnished with no ambiance. WIFI can be sketchy so if you are on business make sure you get a room where WIFI works. Breakfast is excellent and the service is friendly.||If you intend to visit the city of Hamburg, this is not the place to be. Definitely too far away from the city.

Location room was okay but Without wifi signal. Toilets were pretty clean an very good. But the problem was, the service team suddenly brought coffe and water for all tables at the evenr but without giving any information about the prices, so everyone thought it was included in the event. At the very end there was a bill of 48€ for just TWO can of coffe! TWO cans of coffe for 48€ is waaay too much because it even was brown water!
