Very nice apartment, cozy and chicly furnished.It's everything you need and really super clean and you don't have to wash the dishes before using them and that's not a given!!The apartment is rented to dog owners and you didn't get the impression that a dog had ever been there before. It was super clean!!!Really recommended!!!

Great accommodation 👍❗ Both the proximity to the beach and the town are great. Parking and elevator are also ideal for severely disabled people. We were positively surprised (a holiday apartment for the first time) and have already booked again for next year 👍👍😁👍❗

Apartment with sea view - simply fantastic. Nice quiet location in the month of April. We enjoyed it very much. One or two shortcomings are the constant sound of piano music in the outdoor area from the restaurant next door and the partly outdated furnishings and the house itself. But that's complaining at a high level. It is still neat and clean.

We have been staying in this Ostsee aparthotel for years...the service from Ms. Inka Seifert is excellent, always there to help. The key handover worked very well... Top room... well-kept outdoor area... we will continue to use this facility and recommend it...

This year we booked through AHOI Rügen... we were assured that we would be welcomed at the hotel and given the key there - this has not happened yet. When we arrived at the hotel we saw that there was a current construction site about which we were not informed in advance. In addition, the construction site noise started at 7 in the morning. Since we had booked two rooms, we also had two paid parking spaces available because the construction site was so spread out there We were supposed to drive away from our parking space and emergency park in a city parking lot on the mountain. This wasn't a solution for us because we paid for two parking spaces. When we asked the administration there was no effort to find a solution, we had to find it ourselves. For this amount of money you would expect a little more service and helpfulness.The room was neat and clean except for a few things in the closet from the previous tenant. The kitchen was very small, the couch was worn out and everything was a bit old.

We give it 5 stars because the location of the hotel is absolutely great. Here you can find peace and quiet and if you want a bit of hustle and bustle, you can walk 5-10 minutes to the pier... There is a parking space behind the hotel. (Every rented apartment has one there) 👍👍👍 It is even secured with a barrier. The view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony is beautiful. We are coming again next year. Oh yes, when it comes to housing, it always depends on your requirements. We don't have such high expectations when it comes to equipment. When it comes to cleanliness, we attach great importance to it and the apartment we stayed in was very clean 👍

We had the apartment… from family…. www.ferienwohnungen-….de booked in the attic, recently modernly renovated. Everything very well equipped. The windowless bunk takes some getting used to, but is acceptable in the overall package. Our late arrival was promptly organized with a key safe. Unfortunately, the windows, the wonderful balcony facing the Baltic Sea and the balcony furniture were very dirty when we arrived and were only cleaned during the booked interim cleaning. The apartment includes a parking space and a beach chair. The property has an elevator. However, there are still a few steps to overcome to reach the arcade in front of the apartments. The property from the 90s makes an overall shabby impression. The coin-operated washing machine in the basement swallowed the coins even without washing them, which the caretaker who called on Saturday only noticed without a clue and with no interest (in a later attempt it worked). Of course the location is GREAT! We had friendly and uncomplicated contact with the landlords and the on-site service via email and WhatsApp. We were supposed to solve the poor contact of the coaxial connector on the television by re-plugging it, which of course didn't work. In summary: Overall TOP, in detail FINE

Nice location at the end of the promenade. The apartment (#11) is neatly furnished and is a good size for 2 people. There is an optional sofa bed in the living room. The balcony (north facing) is very large and offers a direct view of the bay. The beach is right outside the door and some good restaurants such as Weltenbummler or Gosch, but also the nearest Edeka market, can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The bathroom has been renovated and the kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher and large refrigerator. Beds are relatively hard but comfortable. Rolls are available via delivery upon request. TV could be a little bigger and new tiles would look good in the apartment. Otherwise everything is fine.

The apartment is nice and bright and friendly. The decor is very nice. The view from the balcony is amazing. The short walk to the beach is also great. And it's not far to the beach promenade either. Shopping opportunities are also easy to reach. The egg cooker was not suitable. For cooking eggs. They were still raw on the first try. And the second time they were very soft.The freezer compartment in the refrigerator should be checked urgently. Because there is mold in there.

It is neither a hotel (at least breakfast would be included there), nor is it worth 4 stars. The exorbitant price can only be explained by the location to the beach, otherwise NOT justified. There is no cleaning in between. The existing vacuum cleaner was completely worn out and could no longer be used. There was no locked bedroom in our apartment. The faux fur blankets on the couch were disgusting and the pillows had obvious stains. The shower head in the bathroom was completely calcified and therefore only let water out of a few nozzles. The display on the stove with 2 hotplates was broken, which should show which plate is currently in use. In addition, there was no longer any discernible scale for the attitude. The C. time out was apparently not used for maintenance and improvements. Never again! I'd rather walk a few meters more to the beach.The service in the office was very satisfactory.
