Our stay in the holiday apartment on Rügen was simply perfect! The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from the beach, and the apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday was there, from the fully equipped kitchen to a sunny balcony. The hosts were warm and always available to answer questions. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended!

I booked for the second time, very friendly service, courteous and customer-oriented. I arrived late both times and everything went great. Great welcome, arrival, feeling good, nice clean apartment, errors are recorded and dealt with immediately. I would love to come back and would rent out my apartment there.

Villa Schwan Binz | WG19a on the ground floor with terraceLocation of the apartment is very good, therefore one star, everything else is underground.Poorly equipped, small rooms.View from the terrace of the entrance to the “underground” underground car park.Negative reviews on their website are simply ignored.Here you are happy when your vacation is over, there is simply nothing to feel good about. A lot of money for nothing.

Very friendly and service-oriented apartment agency!Questions are always answered in a customer-oriented manner, any problems and defects in the apartment are solved very quickly, and special requests such as moving the beach chair, which is included in my mother-in-law's apartment, are fulfilled.Of all the apartment agencies we have come to know so far on the German Baltic Sea coast from Grömitz to Usedom, which was over a dozen, Baltic Sea Apartment Rügen ranks in the TOP three for us!Many other landlords can learn a lesson here when it comes to service and friendliness.

The key handover worked great, very friendly staff. The notification that the room was ready came during the morning, so you could drive over straight away and pick up the key.

The check-in service is a complete disaster! You are treated there with absolute arrogance. It is not possible to have a room cleaned within 6.5 hours at the prices that are now being charged for apartments in Binz. No apology, no drink/café as compensation, no accommodation, no nothing! Not recommended!!

By far the worst service ever. Check-in is not possible 7 hours after the other guests have checked out. You are turned away with such arrogance that I regret leaving my money here. Clearly not a recommendation.

We spent a wonderful holiday on Rügen this year. Our stay in Gager in the "Zicker Mountains" was pure relaxation. The apartment is one of three units in a well-kept thatched roof house. The owners have attached great importance to tasteful furniture and accessories and have lovingly furnished the apartment. In addition, everything was very clean upon arrival. The feel-good effect was guaranteed. You can go shopping in Sellin, which is only a few kilometers away.Communication with OAR was very positive and friendly. We are happy to recommend OAR.

The holiday apartment was simply brilliant, great furnishings with everything you need for a pleasant stay, good kitchen appliances, so the stay is fun. The receptionist was also very friendly and all wishes were implemented immediately, so you can have the best holiday. Then there's the great location within walking distance of the pedestrian zone and beach promenade in Binz, well you had to go down a mountain and then back up again, but you then have all the amenities in the apartment.

We stayed in a holiday apartment in Seelin for the third time in 2014 and were once again very satisfied. The apartments are very well furnished, nothing was worn or dirty. Everything you need is there.We would love to come back. Seelin is also always worth a trip.
