The holiday home is idyllically located in the forest, just a few meters away from the beach and the kilometer-long beach promenade. You can fall asleep to the sound of the sea and wake up to the sound of birds chirping. With a sauna, fireplace, underfloor heating and the bakery nearby (the bread rolls are delicious), it's the perfect place to feel good. The sunny terrace under the trees, the beautiful forest area right by the sea, the uncrowded small town (April, May and October) with the beautiful little park and lots of sun make the holiday perfect.

Directly on the Baltic Sea, about 50m to 100m from the sea, paved dune paths that run parallel to each other, a path for walking and a parallel path for bicycles. You can walk for miles along the sea. There are indentations at intervals that lead to the sea, where beach chairs can also be rented. There are also dog beaches at intervals. About 100m from the footpath there is a wooded section in Baabe where there are wooden houses to rent. I give our vacation in these houses full marks!!! We have booked again for next year.

Attention danger!! This holiday park is not suitable for holidaymakers traveling with dogs during the wild boar breeding season (also in June!!). On June 8, 2024, while walking on the main path of the holiday park, I and my dogs were attacked by a stream in the evening hours. My dog and I were injured. Veterinary costs €200! The police, fire brigade, municipal authorities and hunting leaseholders are apparently unable to contain the wild boars. There are no signs or a wildlife fence in the park, although the community is aware of the wild boar problem. The municipality is very innovative when it comes to collecting tourist taxes, but unfortunately it is not able to protect holidaymakers from such a danger. I can actually only advise against booking here and letting older people and children leave the holiday home in the evenings. If I hadn't fended off the wild boar, my dog would have died. I've been a guest there three times in the last two years, and now it's over. In the future, I will travel to places where vacations are safe.

We had rented a bungalow, which was a challenge every day just because of the route.But there are many other nice accommodations that we will try next time.Check-in was totally problem-free and the staff was very friendly.The beach park is very well designed. The parking spaces are very well signposted. There is a bakery nearby.It's a stone's throw to the beach.

Very nice houses, great location. Nicely decorated. Kitchen also adequately equipped. We have been there for the second time. We also deduct one point due to cleanliness. Otherwise, always happy.

We spent a very nice holiday in a house in the Baabe beach park with the grandchildren, daughter and son-in-law from December 26th, 2023 to January 3rd, 2024. We all felt very comfortable, the proximity to the beach, our trips with the racing Roland, excursions, events in The park was very exciting, especially for children, and of course the wonderful fireworks, we would love to come back

Beautifully located houses, forest, nature and the Baltic Sea on the doorstep. Also worth a trip in January. The house is very well equipped.Everything on the beach can be reached on foot after Göhren and Sellin, each about 2.5km.

Very nice placeThe site was formerly a campsite. Today an area with holiday homes from various providers or landlords. Rental prices therefore vary.The location is beautiful, right by the sea. The environment is very natural, with large pine trees. Houses are relatively close together, but still bearable. A small bakery with groceries on site. Each house has its own parking space. Beautiful natural complex with beautiful Swedish houses.

We felt very comfortable in the Ostseehotel Baabe, everything was very, very great. Excellent service, all the staff were very friendly, everything was right, very clean hotel and very good food. I went on vacation here for the first time with my wife. The little house we had was wonderful without a doubt, but the beds absolutely didn't work for me personally. I had a double bed and it slipped apart with every movement and that bothered me a lot. Even the toilet which was attached to the wall, I had to slowly sit on it. Sure, because I'm not a lightweight and yes, I know that too, but I didn't want to break anything, hence this review
