Excellent bang for your buck! The staff was incredibly friendly, and to top it off, each room comes with its own private sauna. The inclusive breakfast is well-balanced and satisfying. The hotel's convenient location allows for easy access to tourist attractions via a nearby bus stop, just a quick 2-minute walk away. Overall, a truly pleasant experience!

I'll be honest, I gave the service one star only because when I arrived at the motel late at night. I wanted to wash, I went into the room, the room is cold. I thought, Well, at least I'll take a hot shower, at least there I'll warm up and go to sleep. After the hot water was turned on, and it flowed all the time, but there was no hot water, as it was only cold, I would have a suspicion. Why is there no hot water. I went to open the first locker and saw that there was a boiler that was not even plugged into the socket at all. For my part, I believe that after a long road. I came. I want to take a bath and go to bed to rest. Without any unnecessary thoughts and problems, but in this situation.I think that I had the right to be very angry, as I wait until the boiler heats up. I had no desire, because I work the next day, and I have to get up early in the morning.Well, I want to note when the reception was closed on my arrival, but I went in. There was a decent woman in the restaurant who helped me and gave me a room card. And when I couldn't open the room, she gave me a new card. So it's not all that bad.I couldn't help but share because there was no hot water, so I reserved a room to rest, but I expected the motel to adjust to me and be ready. And not vice versa, that I have to turn on the boiler and wait until the water heats up, But that I don't have time, I have to get a good night's sleep before tomorrow's work.

Nice hotel close to Mukran. Lovely food and beers. If you want a hotel a bit away from Sassnitz then it is the place to go. The room i got was nice and clean and bathroom was also in good condition. Across the road there is a bakery where you can enjoy coffee and meals with the view to the harbour.

Really nice and basic room. We were welcomed by a gebtly lady who gave us the keys. Friendly lovely.Rooms are clean and a big plus u have a small table outside where u can sit and enjoy the evening... would be happy to stay another night and gladly come back here!

The huts that were in the back of the hotel were really nice. Comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.The only drawback was that the reception closed a bit early and opened a bit late, but the staff solved that quite simply.

I stayed here on a work trip. I arrived after midnight from Berlin Airport. When we got here we were issued keys to our trailer! When one of the keys failed to work, we where told that due to not hanging night staff we would have to wait to the morning to access the room! Worst customer service ever! It's miles away from anywhere so if you don't have a car bring a plane! I didn't pay for this experience but my bosses did and that sickens me.

We stopped in for a few drinks on a Saturday afternoon. It was a nice day so we decided to sit outside. We asked the lady if there was any table and chairs for our group to sit on, her response was "do you see any". There was obviously dedicated seating areas on the terraces because there was umbrella bases fixed to the floor. Beer was a reasonable price and Ok, just found the customer service a little lacking. I have previously stayed at this hotel before.
