I spent 2 nights at the Heilotel during a business trip.Arrival was also possible without reception using a door code, which was very unproblematic and worked well.The hotel makes a very new, fresh impression. It is still somewhat spartan with no minibar or hairdryer. The rooms facing the street are very noisy with the window open.Cleanliness absolutely top.For business travelers: Be careful, the WiFi is at best poor.The breakfast was small but nice. It was absolutely enough and stable for this hotel class.The lady at the reception was extremely friendly and charismatic.Thanks

The price is astronomical.There is no toothpaste or toothbrush in the roomsThere is sand on the floor. It’s unpleasant to leave the shower barefoot. They clean up poorly. There are no air conditioners. There are no spare blankets or pillows in the closets. In the rooms there is a 200 gram bottle of water with two glasses in the dust.There are no staff at the hotel. Self-service. You can’t ask something, ask for a bandage or a pill.They come in the morning, just to collect payment.Didn't like it at all.The only plus is parking at the hotel.

The rooms are really nice and clean. The bathroom new and modern. However, the location on the street is very noisy and, to be honest, the breakfast is not worth the name.

I stayed in this house for one night on business. The slightly early arrival was very well prepared, booking an additional room was really uncomplicated. Everything in the house seemed very friendly, everything was very modern and decorated with a lot of love. So I moved into a really nice and very quiet room in which I felt comfortable. The city center is only a few minutes' walk away, and there are plenty of free parking spaces available at the house. The WiFi is also free and good. In the morning a reasonable breakfast. Overall, a really recommendable hotel that I would also like to spend a few nights on my own time.

The hotel is on a busy street, so easy to reach. There is free parking, but for breakfast there is a €5 voucher at the bakery 3 streets away, which is not nearly enough for breakfast!!The rooms are clean.The hotel staff is only there to hand over the keys; if you have any questions later, they will be answered by phone.For the €120 we paid for our room, you can get much more elsewhere.

The booking went well, the rooms were clean, but the breakfast was a disgrace and then the bill was outrageous. At 9 a.m. to the breakfast buffet and all the tables were dirty, no fresh dishes or cutlery; There were no rolls, eggs had to be cooked separately upon request. Sausage, cheese, etc. were stale, not cooled and were worn out. The highlight of the morning was completely wrong. Then to the bill: we should pay more than twice as much. With the booking confirmation, etc. in hand, it was then said: "Well, what if the boss said so?!" YES, I have it in writing. But then an additional 10€ per breakfast, NO, not that either. Price incl.......The Eichsfeld is beautiful and can't help it....

Unfortunately, this is more of a mechanic's hotel, where there is a lot of activity from 5 a.m. onwards and it's hard to even think about sleeping. If one of the craftsmen shouts into his phone shortly before 7 a.m. during breakfast and you have room 5, price and performance no longer match at all. Otherwise clean and modern.
