We booked the hotel for two nights with late arrival after 18 pm.First of all the address given to us was not where the hotel was. We tried to call ahead that we were in a traffic jam and will arrive later, the contact person did not speak English and hang up on us, later on we tried to call several times without answer.When we arrived to the address it was not there, we got the information from another hotel that it is further outside of town.There were no lights, no contact person, and the contact given to us was not picking up at all.We were trying to call or contact someone for about an hour, but there were no answer so in the end we had to find another hotel in the middle of the night.Lastly, it is state her as a hotel but it is a Pension.

I just love it here! What a beautiful house, in a beautiful place with very special energy & owners ✨ You immediately feel welcome and it's very familiar. Everything is done with a lot of love and heart for the guests so that they feel comfortable. I'll definitely be back! Important, unfortunately no animals are allowed.

I stayed at the Unserins Hotel for 2 weeks and am simply very grateful - for the beautiful and quiet location in the middle of nature with great hiking and cycling opportunities, for the lovingly and tastefully furnished meditation, seminar and lounge rooms - and for the "soul" of the hotel: the team that was always attentive and warmly concerned about the well-being of the guests: who cooked and looked after us extremely deliciously - and was always friendly and responsive to our every request. Thank you for this extraordinarily valuable time, which gave me a lot of strength!

A great seminar location that is run with a lot of heart. The house is quietly located in the countryside and the town of Bad Steben is within walking distance. The seminar/yoga room is furnished with a lot of love and offers a beautiful view of the greenery. The food and service were excellent and left nothing to be desired. I particularly liked that there was a hanging chair on my balcony so that I could relax and relax after the seminar day was over.

It was fantastic. This beautiful hotel is hidden in the middle of nature and is evolving little by little.The meals are lovingly prepared and personal preferences are very important.I can absolutely recommend a stay at Unserins Hotel :)

A true place of peace and relaxation - the operator has succeeded excellently in transforming a classic hotel into a super modern seminar house! A wonderful house also for the seminars offered here!

Thank you for the wonderful time in our company! It was now my third visit there.I have taken part in seminars myself and will soon be offering my own there. The place has a special magic that makes it very easy to feel yourself, be in touch with nature and do deeper consciousness work, reflection exercises, meditation and body work.Thank you for existing!I'm already looking forward to the next time!

Such a beautiful atmosphere and warm team that we met in our lives. The rooms are very clean and we finally found a seminar hotel that doesn't have a TV in the room. We were able to end the evening comfortably in the lounge and in the morning there was a wonderful breakfast buffet. There used to be a restaurant here, but there are also those in the nearby area. We were able to simply relax in our company. And all in complete isolation and with a great view. We are already looking forward to the next time and then we will explore the forests.

I was at a seminar at the Hotel Unserins at the weekend. The change of ownership last year gave the hotel a completely new character.Time to relax and find yourself, enjoy peace and quiet and gain new perspectives. The overall concept is absolutely harmonious! No TVs in the rooms, no hustle and bustle of a café or restaurant. Simply time for yourself, for exchanging ideas in the group and for feeling good.The ideal location for everyone who offers or wants to attend seminars for groups and who wants to benefit from the time together, the exchange with each other and the existence without distraction.
