We were in the Usedom house last week. The location is very good, a few minutes walk to the beach and several nice restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Overall a very quiet and clean area. The staff at reception and in the breakfast restaurant are very friendly and implement requests immediately. The highlight of the accommodation was the breakfast, there was a bit of everything, it was fresh and tasty. The service was also very friendly.The rooms are a nice size, everything you need is there and everything works, but the furnishings are a bit old and in urgent need of an overhaul and renovation. The furniture is already very worn out and no longer up to date. I would also like the love that you can clearly see in the breakfast buffet to be transferred to the furnishings of the rooms. It's pretty dreary and carelessly furnished. Conclusion, a highly recommended hotel with potential for more. 😊

The first impression of the hotel was nice until we saw our apartment. In the living room there was a leather couch that was old and riddled with nicotine, and an ancient carpet also left a lot to be desired. The living room cupboard, display cabinet, dining area and the curtains are from the 70s and are very unclean and also smell terribly of nicotine. The glass frame of the living room door was broken and had nails on the sides. It's really good if you check in there with small children! All the door handles were loose and they were constantly in your hand. After we complained about this, just one was attached. Unfortunately it continued in the bathroom, the shower was so moldy, outdated, the shower entrance was much too high, a stool was provided, but you didn't even want to use it without bathing shoes. Cobwebs all over the ceiling, the inside of the toilet was unreasonable, towels were broken, old and gray, and toilet paper was really unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The fact that there is no cleaning for 1 week, no new towels are put out, only both for a fee is really unacceptable. Kitchen and bedroom were so-so. Breakfast was okay if you didn't come too late, but you always had to wait at the entrance with the breakfast menu until someone signed it and you were assigned a table.Some employees were unfriendly and overwhelmed when it got busy. The surroundings and leisure activities are really great and highly recommended, but unfortunately not this accommodation, never again for us, and we left 2 days earlier. By the way, the hotel's own parking lot is also subject to a charge. Unfortunately I had to give one star to write this review, otherwise it would be 0!!!

Let's start with the positive. The breakfast was great, plentiful and fresh.Now the other category. The rooms were definitely too cold for October. The heating couldn't get above 18°C, which was definitely too cold for me as a Brandenburger. The furnishings were outdated, the beds were shabby and the sofa was unreasonable. The TV was ok, nothing to complain about.The bathroom was just as cold, mold is inevitable there, the shower tray is very high but can be walked on without rheumatism. The crowning glory was the toilet paper, a wafer-thin joke. For the price I expected more.By the way, the change of linen only takes place after seven days, including towels. This is unhygienic and unacceptable. And under the guise of “Umeltschuz”, very brazenly. Room cleaning also not available.We won't stay here again.

Good location, not far to the beach. We received a very friendly welcome, breakfast was plentiful and had a wide selection. A drawback are the spiral staircases to the apartments. Carrying suitcases is not that easy.

Beautiful holiday complex and very nice staff, the breakfast was always very good and there was something of everything.Even special requests are no problem, the boss took great care of everything. Regarding the furnishings of the apartment, they may not be very modern, but they are very clean and, above all, not damaged or worn out. I felt very comfortable and would come back at any time.Oh yes, just as a note and not meant to be derogatory. If you have a physical disability and can't climb stairs well, you should mention this when making your reservation. Many of the great apartments/rooms have narrow stairs, but there are also a lot of ground floor apartments/rooms.THANK YOU very much for a very nice stay on Usedom, see you next time.

Good aparthotel, good breakfast, nice service, lockable storage room for cyclists with charging facility, but 3 € per day per bike, car parking space available, but 5 € per day, small minus point the bathroom, very small toilet, shower entry only possible with a stool, very narrow and the sliding doors were moldy.

The house is very well maintained with a great ambience. The breakfast buffet is rich and very lovingly prepared.My only suggestion for improvement would be fly screens on the windows and balcony door. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
