I would definitely recommend the place. Not this villa, it is expensive, uncomfortable and spartan. The only good thing is the location, but there are much better accommodations there that are even cheaper.

Administration is very accommodating and quick to answer the phone to help despite problems.Room: It's rather tiny, you sleep in the kitchen!Wardrobe: had no usable shelf parts! A 5% discount was subsequently obtained. There are always 2 brooms and a vacuum cleaner in the hallway of the beautiful house, that doesn't have to be the case!Bathroom: Faucet is a bit old.Beds: 2 different high mattresses. One of them is absolutely wrongCurtains: Fastening is missing or loose!There is no sign of lovingly renovated in the apartment, nice accessories are missing: e.g.: large empty area above the bed?A bit inconvenient that you have to pick up the room key from another location in the administration.All in all, a kind hand is missing to take care of everything here. You'd better make money! 100 euros/night does not correspond to the IHK standard!

The room absolutely stinks of smoke, the smoke detector was dismantled and lying on the table. The socket doesn't work, the bathroom and the linen closet can only be reached via a hallway that is shared with other guests. Furnished very sporadically, the beds are totally shabby.

It is a very nice, restored old villa. We were in apartment 2. You could also feel comfortable there if someone would clean it thoroughly. This is not the dirt of the predecessor but really old dirt. …

Very spacious holiday apartment on the edge of the forest, with a lot of love for nature.The Art Nouveau walls are a bit noisy with 8 residential units.

In the seaside resort of Kölpinsee there is a real villa - the Villa Daheim - large and really an eye-catcher - the rental is friendly and helpful -

Spent a lovely few days there, accommodation was good. Self-catering, 500 m to the beach, restaurants on site.Edeka as a shopping option.
