Pension Lachmöwe

We stayed in this guesthouse for three nights and booked both a single and a double room with breakfast.When we arrived we had to contact the owner, apparently, by phone to get the room keys. The parking lot is about five minutes from the property and is barely lit in the dark.The owner seemed very friendly to us at the beginning, but very cold and unfriendly on the second day.Our rooms were on the first floor, which can be reached via two steep stairs. This could be a real challenge for older guests.In our case, too, the stairs pose a problem for one of us.In the hallway we discovered a refrigerator with compartments for each room that was in dire need of cleaning, so we decided not to store our food there.The single room was quite modern compared to the double room. However, the latter seemed rather cluttered and old-fashioned. When we unpacked it, we even found a stapler from 2016 in a drawer. We were there in 2024! We also questioned the cleanliness of the double room afterwards. While showering, we noticed that the floor of the shower curved in the middle.The next morning we woke up with a slight backache, probably due to the mattresses being sagging in the middle.The owner also seemed to be responsible for everything: room service, reception, breakfast and clearing up dishes, etc.The breakfast was OK, but not particularly good. The rolls were partly dry and a bit hard and there were only two pieces per person. That was enough for us, but might not be enough for others. Breakfast consisted mainly of sausage, cheese, jam and fish - everything sat unrefrigerated in the breakfast room for over two hours.Conclusion: We will definitely not be coming back.

Very nice guesthouse, the location is great, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are good, the bathroom with shower is large and everything is very clean 👍👍👍

We stayed in this guesthouse for a few days at the beginning of April. We really liked it. Everything was clean, the breakfast was clear but sufficient and tasty. It's not far to the center or the beach. We would love to come back.

Very pleasant guesthouse, very familiar and pleasantly kept without stress and therefore perfect for your vacation.Everything important is within walking distance, many shops, restaurants and the beach in the surrounding area.

This is our second time here. I don't know what the problem is with the construction site on the neighboring property, which has already been complained about here. First of all, the guesthouse operator can't do anything about it and 2. we didn't notice any of the construction noise at all.We as a family can recommend the cozy guesthouse.Very friendly to our children too and you can make additional arrangements with her regarding the child's birthday. Easy 👍.

This guesthouse exceeded our expectations. Everything available in the rooms, very happy, very clean, very nice hostess. Always there for you. I have been blown away with my daughter and my mom for years. We give more than the 5 stars .

I stayed at Pension Lachmöwe with my children (13 and 4) and we were more than satisfied. We had the family room and the size was really great. Everything was clean, fresh towels every day, garbage was emptied daily and the breakfast was very great. Made with a lot of love and very child-friendly, which is particularly important to me as a mom. We'd love to come back next year. We give it a 100% recommendation.

A great guesthouse. Very nice staff. The rooms are always very clean. The breakfast is absolutely sufficient and plentiful. I've been coming back for several years now. There is no reason to look elsewhere. I'm already looking forward to next year.

Small guesthouse in a great central location. Parking is available approximately 100 m away for a small additional charge. The breakfast was completely sufficient and varied. We would love to come back, the price-performance ratio is right here.
