Very standard room, no luxuries - but that's fair given the price. It's situated in a dodgy area as it's near the main station which has a reputation for crime, however we didn't experience any difficulties. The shower is nice and the bed was soft, however the sheets don't fit well on the duvet and pillows. The reception staff were all friendly and welcoming.

It's everything that you would expect from this brand: minimalistic and affordable. The tiny room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff are friendly. Don't expect anything more.Location near the train station has its pros and cons (good for getting around and full of fast food places, but not the tidiest of areas). It's a good option for young people and solo travellers.

Small but very comfortable room. 10-15 minutes from the airport by car. Free Wi-fi. Nice girls on reception, they speak English and very easy-communicative! Hot/cold weather in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed.

5 min walk to the station. Close to red light district and not far from the touristy places. However you do have to pass by lots of sketchy people around the area (lots of people on drugs and the less civilised minorities). But the area is well patrolled with police and lots of normal people walking around. Hardly any authentic German cuisine nearby. The room is small but the bed is comfortable and the space saving design is ingenious. The windows when closed blocks off the noise from the street. Only negative is the AC (air conditioning) was not turned on, so we had to keep the window open till we go to sleep. Zero air circulation.

The bed is extremly uncomfortable and the pillows even worse. Also, the shower and toiley are in the middle of the room only surrounded by glass, which provides 0 level of privacy.But the staff in the reception was very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent location. Very quiet, even though it is located at a busy intersection. Double windows and wooden shades reduce noise to zero. Only the bathroom air conditioning was a little loud, but it was enough to close the glass bathroom door. Personally, I would prefer a small table instead of the pretentious armchair, but it´s not a biggy. Very clean. Polite reception desk staff. I am especially thankful to the office person Rebecca, who was very patient and flexible. This year I was nothing but a trouble customer, changing dates many times. Yet she put up with me, and reimbursed me the unused nights. Thank you so much!

The staff is quite helpless. I asked them to turn the air condition off as the room is freezing and they told me that it is not possible to turn it off.The building is not that clean. Rooms are ok but there is not even a wardrobe and the smell is not very good

The location is good, the bed is comfortable while the receptionists are not friendly and helpful , there is one, she was rude and racist somehow. We booked For 9 days only one time they cleaned the room! And when u take a shower the water will leak inside the room. The heating is not good at all and the windows leak air. Nevertheless, you pay for towels, wifi, TV, hair dryer with considerable amounts of money.I only recommend it for 1 night where u go to sleep only

I would rate the hotel 3 but due to extremely bad experience with employees, I am rating 1. The location is really nice of the hotel, room is also okay with the budget, except for the receptionist from this morning, other employees were okay.Without knocking at the door the house keeping entered the room while me and my partner were inside the room. It was so embarrassing for both the parties. When we informed the matter to reception, they started arguing and ended up abusing, threatening with extremely aggressive manner. I am sure if any of the authorities is seeing this, can check the cc tv footage or audio records. It was the man present in reception at 13:00, 3rd. December, 2022.Additionally the shower had a leakage and the water flooded the whole entrance of the room.

The overall experience at this hotel has been just OK.The room was VERY small, space was really tight and there wasn't much room for space. However, the bed was comfortable and the shower and bathroom was good.We had a small issue with the heating system as it seemed to heat too much even after removing the card off the switcher.Worth mentioning Mr. Ahmed, in the reception, very nice, kind and helpful, he made me feel very welcomed and appreciated, also helped me out with some issues I had. 1 point for him.The location is great and you will have 20% discount in the bakery that's next door to the hotel, highly recommend.To sum up, it is worth the price, but don't expext too much.
