Incredibly cute house. Great great great.

Very nice, cozy, tastefully, stylishly and high-quality furnished house with a small plot of land. However, the fact that the property is small is no reason to complain. Everything was extremely clean. The house is very bright but does not have enough darkening options. You have difficulty seeing anything on digital devices or on TV when the sun is shining. More should also be done to prevent the incursion of insects. We were there in May when the outside temperatures were very cool and even though we were careful not to leave any patio doors, front doors or windows open, we had a lot of flies and mosquitoes in the house. I find it strange that there were numerous insect corpses underneath a floor lamp, even though we didn't use any insecticide. An extractor in the kitchen also smelled strongly of insect spray.The balcony on the 1st floor with a super comfortable lounger (outside bed) and 2 armchairs is brilliant.The town of Sellin is small and quiet. Ideal for dog walks along the lake, unfortunately I couldn't find any access to the lake. In front of the house towards the lake there is a bus stop and glass containers, which leads to occasional noise nuisances. The nearest shops are in Bansin, not far away.It would be nice if there was a note in the information folder about where to find the operating instructions for devices such as stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators and TVs. After a long search I found the folder in the storage room. I missed a microwave.The access data for the WLAN in the information folder is not correct, the WLAN identification is different than specified, it is the strongest WLAN available and the password is also not correct, the password on the Telekom device on the refrigerator is correct.We felt very comfortable.

Very nicely furnished house, nothing is missing. However, external blinds would be appropriate because otherwise it would be difficult to protect yourself from the heat.
