I didn't realise until the night before that this wasn't a traditional hotel, so I was slightly worried. Having been travelling for three weeks across several countries, this was the only non-hostel place I stayed because I wanted more comfort. But everything was easy and great. The shower pressure was excellent and the bed so comfy that I actually missed the event I'd travelled to Köln for! The only things missing were a teaspoon and bedside table lamp. Also easy for getting to railway stations.

The worst, providing a horrible stay. Room on the fourth floor with stairs where we couldn't fit. The attic bedroom has windows without curtains. We woke up at 5am with the sun. WIFI does not work in the room, only in the hallway. The mattress is a sponge, making it impossible to wake up without back pain.

The service at this place was appalling. We booked through booking dot com and we got a confirmation email from booking dot com but nothing from the people themselves telling us how to access the property or which room we should take. The reason this gets 2 stars not 1 is that the bed was comfortable. The rest of the room was tiny especially the shower.

Weve been coming to Cologne for the last 15 years and Sandra's place was our best accommodation in this city to date. We're definitely booking again when we come back.First off the location is amazing, right in the heart of Pfeilstraße where all the great shops and restaurants are but still easy to commute from.The room has everything you need and the beds were super comfortable.Our host was super responsive. She answered our questions in a timely manner and sent instructions proactively.It was a lovely stay, thank you so much!

Nice little hotel right in the center of the city. Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and most of the city's sights are within walking distance. You can get to the Cologne trade fair in 10 minutes using the nearby public transport. The room corresponds to the photos and is comfortable for a few nights. Contact with Sandra was easy and her information was very helpful.

Stop looking guys - this is the best place you will find in the center of Cologne! Super cozy quiet rooms with stylish design and when you step outside you have all the cafes, restaurants and shops right in front. Can’t imagine a better place will def stay here again next time

What a beautiful and lovingly furnished small hotel in the heart of Cologne 🥰 We have been there for the third time now and everything is always to our satisfaction! The owner personally organizes everything for you! If you have never been to Cologne or have visited Cologne often, you should definitely go to the boutique hotel!
