Great hotel, |Staff were very helpful and polite. |We’re able to use the hotel parking (20€ p/day). Which is much cheaper than alternative parkings.|Location is absolutely amazing. |City center, the Dom and chocolate museum all within 10min walk. ||The rooms were clean and quiet.

I highly recommend staying at B-chill hotel when you're in Cologne. The staff at the front desk are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms are clean, modern, and quite pleasant. Plus, it's conveniently located within walking distance to the cathedral, train stations, museums, and more. If I return, B-chill will definitely be my choice again.

Brand new hotel in the centre of everything in Cologne. Close to U-Bahn station. Very, very helpful staff. Good breakfast, they keep improving it! Clean rooms. Good shower. Very good beds. We couldn't start the TV, but that's okay. Did I mention the great staff?

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Good location, quiet, and good-sized rooms. Coffee machine in the rooms, and powerful air conditioning. |Easily walkable from the central train station. |Would definitely book again if I come to Cologne again. Highly recommended!

Great Stay at B-chill Cologne – Ideal Location for Exploring the City!I recently stayed at b-chill Cologne for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the Cologne Cathedral, the nearest S-Bahn station, and Köln Hauptbahnhof (Cologne Central Train Station). As a base for my trip, it was perfect. Everything I needed was close by, which made getting around the city incredibly easy.The room itself was excellent, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, and the waterfall shower was a real highlight. I also enjoyed having a balcony that looked out onto the street, which gave the room a nice, open feel.One thing that really stood out was the helpfulness of the staff. After traveling for nine hours, I arrived earlier than the official check-in time and asked if I could leave my bag at reception. To my relief, the receptionist allowed me to check in early, which made a huge difference and allowed me to unwind straight away. Throughout my stay, the staff were always friendly, approachable, and informative.Although I didn’t try the breakfast, the hotel offers it, and I imagine it would be very convenient for those who prefer not to hunt for a place to eat in the morning.The only small suggestion I’d make is to make it clearer that the mini-bar isn’t complimentary. I didn’t realize this until the day I checked out, though I admit I should have looked more closely.Overall, b-chill Cologne was a great place to stay, and I’d definitely come back next time I’m in the city!

One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had! Wonderful hotel, perfect location, they even allowed us to check in earlier. Everything is new, clean and made with love. But honestly the best part are the people working in there, Lisa was super nice and made our stay unforgettable! I would definitely visit again and will recommend the place to all my friends visiting Cologne!

Very nice modern hotel. Friendly staff with the owner being more than happy to help with any needs and was able to give really good recommendations on places to go to eat and sites to see. It has a lovely view from the balcony rooms and will be going back when I’m next in Germany!

Brand new hotel, well located in Koln center . Rooms are clean and cute. However single rooms are really tiny and air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Meaning that it was very hot in the room. No breakfast available and no parking. Friendly staff.

The breakfast room isn't open yet due to ongoing construction. The rainfall shower head leaks at the top, and there's no bottle opener by the fridge. Personally, I would add felt pads to the chair legs. The room is modern and well-equipped, within walking distance of the Rhine and the Chocolate Museum. Overall, it's very good!
