Love this place! 90€ (paid by credit card at check-in) for one night with 2 people in a queen room. Quiet a bargain in this cute little seaside town. The hotel is locally owned and right near (5-minute walk) the train station / port/ town center. The rooms have free Baltic breezes blowing through and were clean, basic (Scandinavian almost) and decorated with fun local flair. There staff were very friendly, spoke excellent English, and were very helpful with suggestions. Free welcome bottled water, small wine and pieces of chocolate. Not fancy but clean/quiet/nice and very fun to stay in a local NON-chain hotel property, we would definitely stay again. There was no shower soap or shampoo so we used the sink hand soap, but if you need fancier, you should bring your own. No restaurant or food facilities. We really enjoyed this place and highly recommend for those who don't need room service and frequent traveler points.

We were in town for two nights. It was a little hard for a foreigner to find and there is no parking on site. However, the place itself and the staff were loaded with charm. The rooms and facilities were clean. …

Nice place, nice host, excellent location, but.....WI-Fi extremely erratic. Worked only before 8:00 am. Later on - only occasionally for 1 or 2 minutes, irrespective of the site on premises. Worst of all - no parking on site. …

Very nice guesthouse. Very nicely located. The owner family takes very good care of you and your wishes, questions and concerns.The footpath to the Mittelmole car park is just a few minutes' walk away. A supermarket, bakery and everything else is just around the corner. And it's only a few minutes to the harbor, lighthouse and beach.We'll be back.

We stayed in this great accommodation one night before our AIDA cruise! The excellent location and the room itself are recommended! It's only a few minutes walk to the train station or the cruise terminal. The beach can also be reached on foot in a few minutes via the “Alten Strom” (promenade)!

Very nice, clean and above all super well located accommodation in Warnemünde. The Birnbom of course has a pear tree and otherwise offers clean and comfortable rooms, a friendly welcome and uncomplicated booking/processing. Luggage can still be stored on site on the day of arrival, which is very practical depending on your travel plans.We would like to say thank you very much for the wonderful time and wish everyone after us and the Birnbom team the same.

Nice apartment in a nice guesthouse with a beautiful garden. Hand soap and towels were available, but unfortunately not shampoo/shower gel. The windows cannot be darkened properly. The beds are comfortable and the kitchenette was very practical and even included a coffee maker with pods.

A guesthouse with a certain charm and a very nice operator. The rooms are very nicely decorated with antique furniture. The location is perfect, almost on the old stream and just a few minutes to the beach. We will always come back here.
