Everything was just right for us here 🤗We were greeted very friendly by phone and were able to fish our key out of the key box a little early. The room far exceeded our expectations. It was very large and very tastefully and qualitatively furnished. Although it is very centrally located, so you can reach the old town on foot, it is surprisingly quiet. The two bathrooms, which are shared with the other guests, were extremely well maintained and clean. You can also use a fine kitchen. There are sufficient parking spaces available. Excellent value for money! It's a shame that we don't come to Rostock more often - this city villa would be our first choice.

The facilities and the proximity, 10 minutes walk, to the harbor are really great. The guest apartment with common areas and separate sleeping areas are beautifully modernized and have a great ambience. If you would like to stay overnight in Rostock, you are welcome to do so here.

The route to the villa requires some explanation. Our landlord was immediately available to help us by phone. Address for the navigation system: Am Kuhtor. Our apartment number 8 was on the top floor of the huge villa. It's best to travel with little luggage because of the many steps. The apartment has a great roof terrace. The rooms have been restored with great attention to detail. NewRotary light switches and pull toilet flush exude the charm of earlier times.Very comfortable bed, modern design with kitchenette.There is a private parking space at the house. No TV available.

A very nice place, beautiful, comfortable, the rooms are on the 5th floor and I think that would be the only unpleasant thing, but the people and the facilities are worth it. It is recommended for groups, it has very good quality furniture and decoration

Everything was perfect from handing over the keys to handing them over. Very clean, tastefully furnished accommodation. Location ideal for city and harbor exploration. Nice restaurant (liqueur factory) opposite the villa.Always happy with this accommodation!!
