When planning a trip to Stuttgart we were looking for a place to stay near the Wassen. This Gastehaus fits the bill perfect. A very clean and well decorated house with about 7 rooms.  …

04.04.2013 I make the reservation here, they confirm it to me by telephone. But when I come 05.04.2013 from another country in 23:00 oclock, they tell me "Go away, no free room". I'am bored. I was searching for another Hotel in stuttgart at 23:00.

We had to accept this accommodation because it was the cheapest for our course. The place is so run down that you really wonder how these rooms can still be rented out. The breakfast that everyone praises and that we booked simply wasn't available for 4 weeks! The kitchen equipment is almost never cleaned! Towels are never changed within 5 days.

Extremely calm and safe; The cleaning lady is very friendly and prepares the extra-paid breakfast very well. Playing with the room heater from time to time; Restrictions are being made. I don't think Frau Graf is aware of this either. Because she is a very meticulous, friendly and attentive employer who pays attention to cleanliness. Don't have any hesitation about room cleaning.

The photos of the kitchen and bathroom are not entirely true - you have to turn on the hot water boiler half an hour before you want hot water in the bathroom, so get up early even earlier, otherwise you have to shower with cold water; You also can't see the aluminum foil that is used to direct the dripping water into the sink. In the bathroom, which is only separated from the kitchen by a more than simple "door", the siphon drips from the miniature sink. The plants on the windows are totally dried out - could be replaced.... The existing dishes in the kitchen are probably more of a joke, because in the living room and bedroom there is only one chair at the table - in a double room, mind you. When we arrived we first had to call to get the code for the front door. Towels were not changed after staying for several days! The only thing we really praise was the breakfast!

Price performance is top!The toilet could have been separated from the kitchen with a real door, but it worked.Beds aren't the softest but for the price... you can do that for one night.

Not fancy or particularly well equipped, but provisionally good and okay in terms of price. Would come again, but I don't have any great expectations.

Actually everything was fine, good breakfast, a bit cold in winter.
