I've stayed here when I stayed in Berlin for around one year and a half, and it was a pleasant stay. I found them through Spotahome and I was a bit hesitant to book on an online platform, but I'm glad it turned out well. I remember calling the management when I booked on Spotahome, and the woman who answered was super kind and answered all my questions in fluent English. They also provided any documents I needed for anmeldung.- The building management staff are super nice and helpful. They all speak English, are kind, and they always help whenever anyone needs anything. When I had problems with plumbing, electricity, or internet, they were very quick to come and fix it. They usually came in less than an hour!- It's excellent for newcomers to Berlin. The apartment has everything included in the rent (electricity, WIFI, heating, etc).- My room was in the 4th floor and overlooked Osnabrücker str. It's a lovely street and in summer, the trees are green and beautiful.- The location is EXCELLENT! It's in Charlottenburg, which is very safe and quiet. I've never felt unsafe as a woman in this area. It's very close to Mierendorffplatz U-bahn, Jungfernheide S-bahn, and 2 bus lines. There's also a nearby DHL, DHL Packstation, Lidl, Netto, Rewe, and other shops. It was very comfortable.- The management will take care of receiving your packages and you can pick them whenever you want during their office hours. Same for mails.- You can buy washing machine coins, there are washing machines and dryers in the basement.- The room was very warm in winter, so I didn't freeze. Even if you turn the heater off, it will still be warm somehow, so it's really comfortable in winter.Overall, I was pleased that I got to stay here, and if I come to Berlin again, I'd like to live there as well. The management made me feel very welcome and it was always super easy to talk to them and ask them about anything.

I rented an apartment at the Elegant Apartotel for three and a half months. The apartment consists of a room with a small kitchen and a bathroom. I rented it through the Housinganywhere website, and I will write my review with complete neutrality if you decide to live here.Pros:* The staff and owners are extremely kind and friendly.* If any problem occurs, you'll find support quickly, even on holidays.* The apartment itself can be considered as a room in a 3-star hotel. It's not high-end but not uncomfortable either.* The kitchen is adequately equipped.* The location is great, close to almost everything.* In case you are muslim, there are many halal restaurants around, and the mosque for Friday prayers is a train station away.* The post office is directly in front of the hotel, which is great if you're new to Germany as you'll need it often in the beginning.Cons (from my perspective):* The price is slightly high and varies from month to month.* The room is not equipped with modern cleaning tools, only basic old ones, so you'll need to buy some for cleaning yourself or paying for cleaning service.* Unfortunately, there is no microwave in the kitchen, which I consider more important than the stove itself in single rooms, which are usually inhabited by bachelors.* The laundry room is, in my opinion, the worst point of the experience. There are only two washing machines, which are few if the place is full of residents because you'll have to go up and down several times to wash all your clothes. Also, the machines are old and not clean. You'll always find traces of previously used detergents, hair, lint, etc. There's also nowhere to sit if you want to wait for your clothes if there are 5 or 10 minutes left... Anyway, in the end, you'll wash your clothes, but it won't be the smoothest experience.* The call box doesn't work, so you won't be able to receive orders after the end of the workday in the management office downstairs unless the person shipping calls you via phone, which rarely happens.In conclusion, the overall rating for me is positive, and I will book with them again if the time comes. The apartment is beautiful, its location is excellent, and the owners and staff are extremely kind. I would like to thank them for their generous hospitality.

I have been living here for 2 months. And after this period I want to say that it is very good to start living in Berlin. It is not a classic Hotel, in my opinion, it is a more temporary apartment for 3-6 months. If you think that is too expensive, I want to say that when you don't have any credit history and you are not a German citizen it is a crazy process to start to rent a new apartment in Berlin. I am writing only about my story. I got Anmeldung in this apartment and after that I could get other documents. When I only booked the apartment I thought that 3 months was too long for a temporary flat. Now I realize it is an optimal period. There is very friendly service in the apartment. They prepared all needed documents for me and I want to say Thank you so much! Also, there is a washing machine in the basement (it is important for a long time).

Awesome place to settle up for a newcomer. The staff is friendly and speaks English, all necessary documents are provided swiftly. The apartments and common area are super clean. If there any problem or questions, everything is fixed right away, reachable by email as well. Apartment fully furnished with all you may need. Enjoyed living here with my children.

Lovely place. A bit pricey unfortunately but I think a lot of Berlin is like that. Best coffee in Berlin in the little coffee shop at the bottom of the building. Great staff too which is always a nice sign. A very useful place and I would recommend it. Also I should say you get a small kitchenette in your room, and there's a laundrette in the basement. You get your own key and can register with the local commune if you stay for longish period. Enabled me to get organised here.

I had a great experience living here on my first days of relocating to Berlin.- Superrrrr friendly/nice staff and landlord- Good location Access to train, bus, supermarkets, and restaurants- You can work and have an excellent coffee in the coffee shop downstairs- Charming views (Both southern and northern sides)- Safe and quiet- So cleanI absolutely recommend this great place to stay.Wish you a nice trip.

I have lived here for 6 months in 2 different apartments since I moved to Germany. I like the calm and quiet ambiance for working professionals like me. Very convenient location with two U Bahn and S Bahn stations in walking distances, along with Lidl and Netto supermarkets. There are tons of restaurants nearby. Apartotel Manager and Staff here are amazing, very supportive and helpful. They also have short and long term apartments with different sizes. Therefore I would highly recommend Apartotel to anyone who’s looking for a fully equipped apartment in Berlin.

It was pleasant staying as I got this at the very last moment. Getting an apartment in Berlin is really difficult and it came as savior for me because it was furnished at the same time with the important things in the place. Surrounded with important stations, supermarkets etc., I would really suggest it if you are new to Berlin as the owner too had been helpful whenever I needed some advice.
