The apartment is an imposition, everything is dirty, nothing is available, broken furniture, water is dripping from the ceiling. Landlord doesn't respond to emails and calls. ABSOLUTELY REASONABLE, DO NOT BOOK HERE! One star is two too many

There is a double and 2 extra beds, there are no bedside tables or lighting, there are no cupboards of any kind, there are only 2 chairs in the kitchen and only deep plates for 2 people, a knife, fork, spoon and 3 glasses, nothing else! Not even a kettle or pot! Pathetic!Positive it was clean and the bathroom was renovated!

I've never had such a dirty room. Starting from mold to dust and dirt.If there had been another room available in a hotel in Mönchengladbach, I would have changed. Was about to sleep in the car.The bed linen, which was so horrible and simply smelled disgusting, was definitely not fresh.You actually have to inform the health department.

Seldom experienced such a dump. Price/performance below all else. Never again! Dirty, old, noisy, defective sockets, not even a bedside lamp (wouldn't have worked anyway because that socket doesn't have any electricity), the bed is rock hard and smells of old sweat, furniture is broken, I have no idea what the adhesive tape on the walls is and on the cupboard but I didn't dare to remove them.On top of that, the whole thing also costs more than two real hotels, which are within a 5-minute walk.Absolutely not a recommendation in any way! Keep your hands off it

According to the employee, he initially waited outside the door for half an hour until the access code was sent. The sheets were dirty and it took another 2 hours to get replaced. Despite more than 10 attempts, the employee has not received an invoice since November 28, 2023. In my personal efforts, I was told that the invoice would be sent within a week. This unreliability is unacceptable for business travelers or traders and makes the accommodation not recommended.

I had to go to Mönchengladbach for work reasons and my boss came across this accommodation and booked me a room for 2 weeks.The building itself is from the 19th century (or so it seems).Everything was dirty and the dirty walls were simply painted over with wall paint, but the stains still came through. The paint stains from painting were of course left to dry nicely on the cheap laminate floor.The bathroom is so rusty and disgusting, I had to spend hours disinfecting everything. The kitchen sticks completely no matter what you touch there. No cutlery or dishes available (so that anyone who wants to undergo this horror will know). The cupboard in the room is completely broken and unfortunately cannot be used, be careful that if you touch it it will break apart!The TV on the wall is almost falling off, the screws are only halfway in. Because you can't watch TV anyway because the owner doesn't respond when you ask for a remote control.Of course I left this accommodation after just a week.The only good thing was the WiFi connection. It was 1 A 😊Ps: the location is great, it's centrally located and you can go anywhere from there.

DANGER! Unfortunately, this accommodation is unreasonable. The dirt is indescribable, there were leftover food under the bed, really disgusting. No dishes, cutlery or pots, unusable as an apartment. The stairwell is an imposition and the outside area is beyond words. No shower curtain, the shower head is completely calcified, the sink is a guest wash basin andtiny. Everything is broken and worn out. No blackout for the windows, no remote control for the TV. Landlord says I shouldn't get in line, it's a mechanic's apartment not a residence. Refund is refused even though the apartment was vacated immediately.
