Great hotel near the Central Station. The room felt fresh and modern, nothing seemed to be outdated, it looked pretty and had a lot of light.The bathroom was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and if you have a double bed, you will get two separate blankets which are more convenient, than just a big one.I stayed one night and I enjoyed my stay.Thank you.

A beautiful hotel, lovely rooms very clean with all amenities. We stayed for two nights, close to all the interesting sights. We were on Room only, but I am sure the meals also would been excellent, though the train station was close by we were not disturbed by any noise, highly recommended

Review of Premier Inn Düsseldorf City FriedrichstadtPros:The rooms were immaculately clean, which made for a very comfortable stay.The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.The breakfast spread was fantastic with a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed it.Public areas throughout the hotel were also kept very clean.The WiFi reception was strong and reliable, making it easy to stay connected.The showers were excellent, providing a refreshing start to the day.The toilets were spotless, which is always appreciated.Cons:I had to request fresh towels every time, which was a bit inconvenient.There were no dental or shaving kits provided, which would have been a nice addition.Although the breakfast was great, it was a bit on the expensive side.The concept of having to inform the hotel daily if you want your room cleaned, otherwise, the money goes to charity, is not ideal for me as a businessman. I prefer my room to be cleaned every day without needing to notify the hotel each time. I’m unsure if this sentiment is common.The front desk staff could benefit from being a bit more friendly and cordial. A smile goes a long way in making guests feel welcome, and I missed that warmth during my stay.Overall, Premier Inn Düsseldorf City Friedrichstadt offers a comfortable and clean stay with a great breakfast, but there are a few areas where improvements could be made.

The Staff at this Premier Inn are truly exceptional ( please take note Premier Inn Hamburg ). ||The hotel is very easy to get to from the nearby main train station.||It's spotlessly clean and very comfortable. ||The entrance area, reception, bar area etc are very welcoming.

All in all, we enjoyed our 5 day stay here. Agree with the pros & cons other people have posted here. Both the AC & heater worked @ our room (takes 20 mins which is standard for hotels).

We were here in June for the Euro 2024.We had four double rooms which were all pretty much the same. As this is not our first time in the premier inn chain all rooms and facilities met the expectations.We came in by car and there is a garage next door with direct access to the lobby which is very convenient. The garage also features some EV charging spots.The hotel is located directly behind the main train station if you are a light sleeper it may be a problem but for us it was no issue.

Room was big and clean except the carpet. Big public parking under the hotel. Adjacent to the central train station and close to the malls. Windows were really sound proof. Airco was working. No refrigarator in the room.Breakfast was so simple. Staf in restaurent were not friendly, may be because of work pressure. They were continously collecting the dishes and glasess from tables that makes us and I think some of the guests uncomfortable.Worth the money and good for short stay with family.
