Absolutely terrible. The worst Hilton we have ever stayed in. To begin, we had to walk through crowds of very loud people to get to reception from the parking. Parking machine didn't work.Reception staff were friendly. We arrived in time for happy hour in the executive lounge which was closed so we were directed the the restaurant. In the restaurant we were told that most of the food on display was for "special guests" and we were not allowed it. We were offered terrible looking rolls and soup. The wine was so bad that I didn't finish my glass. Our executive room had a free mini bar. In a fridge that didn't work. The ice machine didn't work either. Some of the wood in the room was rotten. The grout was dirty. The cocktails were not well made (although the barman was friendly, I suspect none of his tools worked). We were woken at 8am by work in the executive lounge. This hotel should be closed.

Rooms seem very dated with the decor and multiple power sockets in my room were damaged. The shampoo bottle in the bathroom was cracked and full of old shower water and shampoo.Shower was very powerful which is great and the bed was pretty comfy too.Breakfast was decent as is always the case at Hilton hotels and I had a great burger in the evening too with good service from the guy at the bar too.Location is pretty close to the airport which is convenient but it’s still 20 euros to get there.

The only star goes to the service and staff as well as location. But, the hotel rooms have never been renovated since the date it was built. It was very old. Although I think it was cleaned, everything was very dirty because of its age. The carpet was smelling very bad. The bathroom was dirty and very tiny, and the fixtures were rusty. In addition, we had 2 dogs and paid 40 euros for 1 night; but there was no amenities for the dogs. No cups no beds for them nothing. They slept on the carpet and now I have to take them for an extra cleaning as the carpets were smelly and dirty. Finally there were no slippers in the room and the pillows were very uncomfortable.

I had booked a one night stay in one of the suites for my family. Prior to arrival I did read the negative reviews and thought to myself that would never happen to me.However, I would quickly find out that the negative reviews are accurate!Let’s start with the negatives. The A/C in the room did not work! As a family of 4 traveling with a pet, there was no air flow and the room at a constant 76 degrees. After several calls to the front desk we were able to open windows for some air. But sleep was at a minimum due to loud street noise and construction noise early in the morning. The maintenance staff did try and fix it unsuccessfully, the staff was polite and quick.I had the mini bar included only to find out that the fridge was broken. When I spoke with the front desk they were aware and even knew that this room had a non functioning fridge. Then why give out the room without any heads up ?The room was outdated and is in need of a renovation, the shower smelt like sewage.Positive things or shall I say Thing. The breakfast was good with a great selection and good food. When checking out I was asked how my stay was and I once again mentioned my issues. The front desk staff tried to tell me I cant have the window open to run the A/C, which I was aware of and even reminded them I had maintenance try and fix this. I was quickly told they would charge my card on file to keep me moving along so the other customers would not hear how bad my stay was. When leaving I was even asked “Hope to see you again” even after they offered no type of apology or compensation.I do not recommend staying at this hotel, even as a loyal Hilton member this is a place I will avoid at all costs for future bookings.

Queen room was a lovely size, very spacious with a huge desk to work at. Shower was bloody brilliant! But the service at the check in desk was a little slower than one would have expected. First drink at the bat took a while, but when the bar tender knew we were there, he was very attentive.

As Diamond members that have stayed 80 nights around the world year to date we can say this Hilton is bad! ||Check in. No thanks for your loyalty. Just “Your room ain’t ready yet” professionalism non-existent! No real upgrade.  …

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Daniel at the bar is the man. Fantastic breakfast buffet with many different options. The staff did a great job dealing with the worldwide computer outage and walking everyone to their rooms. They were gracious under pressure.

It's an older hotel with some issues in terms of the upkeep but most of the staff are very nice, positives for me would be the breakfast buffet and the gym. The negatives would be the AC system good thing we had cool nights so I opened the window instead. It was very convenient to go to the Messe. Hope they can do some remodeling and upgrade the AC and refs.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, and the staff tries to be friendly, but that's where the positives end. The rooms feel old, and most amenities require extra fees, such as additional WiFi or arriving 30 minutes before 2 PM, even if the room is ready, costing an extra 20 EUR. The small bathrooms and dirty bathtubs are also off-putting. I recommend choosing another hotel in this area.
