It was clean and walkable from the train station and to the river , but it was noisy at night till way after 1 am, dispite us recieving txt messages daily to remind us to abide by the quiet time between 10pm and 6 am and the front doors slow close didn't work, so slammed every time any one came in or out of it . Our room was right above it.

We had a great one-night stay here. Price was good during this busy week in Düsseldorf. Central location and perfect for our shopping trip in Düsseldorf. Selfcheck-in wentelteefjes smoorh and communication with host was friendly and fast. Facilities in the room were good. Small kitchenette with everything you need. Beds were ok (matrasses pretty soft) and the shower was the best we had in a long time! Very good waterpressure, hot and no water running into the bathroom (which happens a lot in hotels). We will book again in the future.

Poor selection of pillows, you felt like you was sleeping without any pillows at all. Other than that it was quite good vfm because everything was automatically done, also the little kitchen was well suited.it was a good experience overall

My first impression was that the interior of the apartment looks really nice, except for that there wasn’t much daylight and privacy as the curtain roll does not fully cover the window in the door. Also, the surroundings look TERRIBLE. When We started to settle down however, we noticed how the bathroom (even inside te toilet) was filthy, kitchen utensils were not all clean, when we unfolded the sleeper sofa we found an old melted ice-cream and so on. The television was also not working. We traveled with kids, the weather was bad so for us to just relax watching television was pretty much crucial. I contacted the staff immediately but they would not come and fix these problems that same day, they offered to come the following day. We checked out a day early because there were just too many problems with this property and we informed the staff of this. They refused to own up to their mistakes and offered 15% refund off one of the nights. We were insulted and declined.

I booked a 3 day stay and will be checking out after a night. The hotel is close to town but in a bad area/unsafe.To check in, they give you a pin - no key card, just a pin. There are no staff AT ALL and no security. The hotel has dirty sheets all over the place, and when I got to my floor, there were dirty sheets blocking the door, and they were still here on return when I got back later that evening. My room was dirty when I got here, both my room and the shower, and I didn't get much sleep due to lack of security. Dusseldorf is cheap enough to buy food out/buy food you can eat cold from a supermarket. Under NO circumstances, would I advise anyone to stay here - hotels are cheaper anyway!I will be contacting the place I booked with and the apartments for a refund as this is not up to scratch, and I wouldn't allow anyone to stay here if I were the owner.

The only good thing about this place is the location. Dirty rooms, garbage bags piled in the stairwell and entrance. Apparently no staff, everything is managed online. When trying to chat to online support due to a problem, they could not even answer a simple question about checkout. All of the dishes were crusty and dirty, meaning I couldn’t really use the kitchen. Even the kitchen sponge was dirty and had debris attached to it. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable. On a positive note, it is a relatively inexpensive, private room hotel in the center of Düsseldorf. You pay for what you get, I suppose…

For one night and for this money it's perfect. Good location, all facilities. When you stay longer, you will notice small things like dust or broken water tap.Big disadvantage: common balcony

This hotel room has a shared balcony with other rooms. Since I was alone, I asked the manager to put me in another room, where there is no common balcony. He informed that all the rooms are fully booked. I found another hotel and asked the manager to return part of the payment for the room in which I was 15 minutes. He agreed and asked to cancel the booking. He deceived me and did not return anything. Later, I saw a girl's comment that drunken men were trying to enter her room. The door to the balcony has no lock and no management, so this hotel is not safe.

Clean and spacious rooms, great location. It was almost perfect for us to stay overnight. The only thing that made us worry is front door made of glass. It was a safety concern for us because it seemed to be very easy to break in.Breakfast was really good and offered lots of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage at reception for a few hours after check-out.
