I have never experienced with such behaviour! I have booked the hotel via booking, in their description they are writing that parking is possible on site with fee. After I have asked them 3 times to reserve my parking space, they finally replied. Then they asked me when I will come and I said after 4 p.m. And they told me that this is outside of their business hours and I cannot use their parking space! They have on site written that checkin is possible after 15:00 . So with car you have 1 hour only to manage checkin which when you are travelling is hard to estimate. I wrote them that this should be stated in the description otherwise I would not book them. They have called me if I want to cancel the booking I have told them no I do not want to cancel. I was already driving and did not have time to search that day for accomodation. They told me they will cancel if I leave bad review! And I told them I will leave review based on my experience. Two hours after our call they still cancelled the booking!!!!!

The location is the best of the best. You can’t have a better spot. The room was clean and the size was nice, however please do not put so small TVs their and the blankets and pillows are really bad.The service was responsive and very friendly, however please do not charge for 2 towels 15 euros…this is madness and comes across greedy. For the amount we paid towels and free washing should be not questioned. We were warned but wow - the parking spot in the garage is really difficult to get in.But hey…the location is super!

I stayed here for a month (April/May 2016) and was very impressed. The location is amazing, a short walk from both city centre and media harbour. Despite being close to both it was very quiet. …

My wife and I travelled to Dusseldorf in early September 2017. The office staff had great local knowledge and assisted greatly in our first trip to the city. …

Apartment is reasonably nice, though the total absence of any human being is creating problems. We arrived at 10 in the evening and we could not enter the closed front door.. we had to call the emergency number but rather unfriendly the lady was persisting that we should have read the emails much better and that the door code was in the email. However, we only received a code for the key 🔑 vault and not for the front door. Luckily another guest arrived and let us in and mentioned that he also had to figure out how to get the front door code...The other important issue is the absolutely dreadful internet, or better said: the internet is hardly working .Nice place but we will not book this place again when we come to dusseldorf 3 months from now.

A place worth staying, I stayed with my family in a three-room apartment with an balcony and nice view. It contains most of the needs (kitchen tools, washing room..etc).Great location near to center. The price is expensive compared to other hotels.

The overall experience was fantastic and the staff was really helpful. I stayed here for a bit over a week - the tram stop is just a hop away & the bedroom overlooks the dusseldorf tower . …

Top Class apartment. The penthouse was gorgeous and spacious enough for 2 couples and 2 kids. The interior is very bright and modern. The choice of furnitures and appliances is impeccable and it has all what you need in the kitchen, even a Nespresso machine! Toys are even provided to keep the kids entertained... a little nice personal touch! Since the serviced apartment has just been recently launched, there was still a bit of installation works here and there during our stay but it didn't bother us that much as the noise has been kept to a minimum. The staff had been very helpful from the time of reservation until the day of our departure. The location is also perfect whether you want to walk into town or just take a leisurely stroll along the Rhein promenade.Overall, our experience was great and we would definitely return to The Red on our next visit to Düsseldorf.
