I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! This was my first time going on vacation on my own so I was fairly nervous but the staff were nice and everything went quite smoothly. The view from the highest floor was nice and I felt quite at home. Also the shower was quite pleasant but I had to push hard to close the bathroom door. The train station was nearby, it was a short walk to get there. The street has a lot of shops with good food and fun stuff. I walked to a shopping centre nearby which surprised me at how close it was.Overall a pleasant stay.

This is a lovely clean hotel and is in a great location. It's so good that we have booked it again for July this year, 2024. It is a very busy hotel, but it does have 24-hour reception and eatery on-site. I would recommend this hotel as it is only about 500 metres from the main train station. You are even closer to the town centre, so everything is close by. Relaxing stay again.

I stayed there for 2 days, i had to pay for Parking separately which was for everyday 15 Euro per day and you can’t move the car. Otherwise you have to pay for everything time you go out.The room had the least facilities. The beds were really uncomfortable, I couldn’t sleep and i was always tired the next day. It was also really expensive. The breakfast was also simple compared to other places.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels over my career. This one does it right.Super friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms, plug sockets where convenient in the rooms, Great bar to get coffee (or drinks if that way inclined).Whilst I did not partake so can't comment on the quality, they have loads of gins too, which appears to be "their thing".Location is 3 min walk from station and a number of restaurants. The only negative I can make is the breakfast. For 15 Euros there are honestly significantly better value and quality outside the hotel. But that small thing aside, Look, if either exploring the city or here on business you should use this place. Brilliant.

Stayed here during the Euros for one night, great location right next to HBF (Düsseldorf’s main train station), trams and bus station. Room was clean and bathroom was a good size (double shower). Rooms were quiet at night despite the busy locale. No complaints

The most ridiculous experience. I put don't disturb sign outside the door but the cleaning lady knocked the door twice when I was sleeping. I had to get up and open the door for her then she said sorry and leave. I have sleeping problem so I always put the don't disturb sign but no other hotels did like this lady. They started doing cleaning from around 10 and talking in the corridor. The noise from vacuum was spread in the corridor and can be clearly heard from room. You can imagine at Sunday morning how terrible it is.

Am a big fan of the Motel One chain and have stayed in same across a number of different cities. Dusseldorf was no different to most insofar as rooms were clean and comfortable even if minimal. …

My experience with the night service was not very professional. I spent a total of 30 minutes in the reception for a room.Upon arrival , I inquired about availability. The receptionist took roughly 10 minutes to check. He quoted 90 euros but printed a form with 180 euros. When I pointed out the discrepancy, he discovered he'd booked a family room for 2 nights instead of 1, struggling another 10 minutes to rectify it. Eventually, he sought assistance, and after an extra 10 minutes, I finally obtained a room. I didn't mind the 30 min delay as much as the fact that they were both laughing in front of the computer because they didn't know how to fix the mistake, speaking in German without explaining anything in English to me. I found the customer service lacking professionalism. I had no problems with the morning staff.Besides this, location is excellent if you travel with the train and the room was in very good shape.

Good clean hotel with their own parking garage. The parking is limited though. I think there is around 10 spots available. It's first come first serve. If there is a free spot, you can see it on the sign outside and take a ticket from the machine to get it.Bathroom is very clean. No moldy spots. The shower is nice and you can adjust the flow easily.Downsides are that the ventilation in the bathroom didn't work and the rooms are not really soundproof (you can hear the kids running outside).
