I stayed here in April for four nights with my family, and overall, I was satisfied. For a hotel under 200k per night, this is one of the best options. I booked them through tiket.com, so I got lucky to have a total discount of around 50k. This hotel brings the best price per location so far, close to ITS, UNAIR, and Galaxy Mall, with many food options and convenience stores nearby. I got lucky to have my room on the second floor where it facing the street, offering a pleasant view. The design was typical of OYO, clean and tidy. In the room, they provided you with a TV, free WiFi(although it didn’t work well on the second floor), and hot shower. You also can ask for hot water on the 1st floor. I don't know if it's my case, but I didn't receive any bath utensils such as towel or soap when I booked the room. However, the bed cover and blanket smelled musty. As for the bathroom maintenance, I felt it was lacking (as the shower in my room is still separated from the bracket, so in order to have a shower, we have to manually hold the bracket, it was frustrating, fix your shower man). Also, the bathroom was quite dirty, so next time prepare the room more thoroughly. So yeah, please fix your bathroom Ok?! If you’re coming with a motorcycle, parking is spacious. However, if you have a car, parking might be difficult as space is limited and on busy days, you have to fight for space with other customers that stay. Overall, for hotels under the price of 200k in this strategic location is very sufficient.

I give everyone a 5 star rating, not because the quality is equivalent to a 5 star hotel, but yes, in a room priced under 200 thousand, what do you expect? The important thing is that the AC functions normally, there is hot water for bathing, hot water for making coffee in the morning is enough for me. Even though there are some significant minuses, that's okay, the price is very reasonable.

Not bad for that price, enough for a break during a long trip. Unfortunately the location is right in front of the sewer, the bad smell is quite disturbing.
