Stayed overnight, room needs restoration..air conditioning, TV, hot water, access to the room on the 2nd floor by stairs.. The lift when it arrived wasn't working. Communicative receptionist. Prices are relatively cheap

Location is easy to reach. Close to Gubeng station.Not a genuine SANS hotel, it looks like it's just a collaboration.The room is quite clean, there are no windows.The glasses in the dirty room were never washed. There are still traces of coffee use.The building is old, so when you first enter the room it's a bit stuffy. Dirty hallway conditions. In the afternoon it looks very dusty.Cold AC, smooth hot water.Friendly service.

The location is on the side of the road... There is no car parking. Only 1 car in front of the hotel.Loring went to his room which was really dirty...The condition of the room is dull... It needs to be replaced.The toilet flush is for dead pups, but there is a flush for peeing.The glasses in the wash basin are dirty...The shower is on. The water comes out irregularly, aka it's blocked.Luckily the hot water is still ok...The AC is making noisesThe room is not that soundproof, you can still hear the sound of motorbikes from outside.The elevator is out so you have to take the stairs.Good only on the floor. 1 ๐คฃ

The rooms are full of mold, it is not healthy to sleep here. There was even mold on the bed. When we saw this we asked for and received another room. Here I found another dead cockroach ๐.

I originally intended to just transit overnight to rest before continuing my journey... but after checking in at 2 and 5 I already checked out... the reasons were:1. Just arrived at the lobby, the dirty impression was so clear that my child didn't dare hold the door handle2. The elevator is dead and there is no help from the hotel to bring things, even though I brought 2 babies and 1 child, I seemed to have difficulty carrying things to the 2nd floor3. When we arrived at the room the door was broken, as soon as we opened the room the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong it made it suffocating.4. The room floor is very dirty, the lighting is minimal5. The bathroom smells really bad. The toilet is dirty6. And YV caused me not to stay overnight, my baby child, from when I first came in until I finally checked out, kept crying like he was scared.This is just a suggestion... actually this hotel is good in terms of location, if you still intend to run it, you should pay attention to cleanliness and lighting.

The first time I came straight to the zone, there was no motorbike parking, it had to be one with the nav2. The room looks like it has never been maintained, you can see it in the photos3. There are very few lights in the room4. Please clean the refrigerator, this is the case with refrigerators5. Not like the reviews, after experiencing it myself staying at the hotel. The rooms are very spacious, the hot water works, there is a refrigerator, there is tea and coffee, the staff responds quickly when the TV doesn't turn on. Fast check in/out process. However, cleanliness is very poor, there is still a lot of dust and stains on the walls.

This is a bad hotel, the rooms are former karaoke rooms, there are still letter L long chairs that haven't been removed, the rooms are cramped, the mattresses are without cots, the rooms are dirty, the toilets are slippery, not recommended...

A month ago I was planning to go to see a concert at Social Chic and several of the hotels I had booked had already sold out, finally I just ordered the Sans Hotel not via the application but directly via WhatsApp from the Sans Hotel, initially I wanted to go to the Sams Hotel Box Mansion but it turned out to be full, the same was given to me. The choice to stay at Sans International, at first we weren't happy because the Google reviews were very bad, but the lady promised that you would get a nice room and really better than what you see in the Google reviews, and it's true, at first when we arrived at the hotel we weren't very happy because the arrangement was lacking in the lobby and it also smelled of cigarettes (hopefully this can be included), when we arrived at the room, thank God we got a good room and different from the review, the only downside was the bathroom, it wasn't cleaned enough, but for the price of 210k it was worth it, the waiter also 5 stars, the sis and bro were very fast when the AC wasn't cold, in fact they wanted to move rooms, but we decided to stay in room 106.It turned out that when I came home from my activities and entered the hotel, the AC was already cold.the price is very pocket friendly for students like us, the hotel is also good, not the same as the one in the review.the mattress is soft and comfortable, the room is also comfortable, the only minus is that the bathroom isn't cleaned a bit.If you want to book this hotel, just contact the sister via Instagram @sanshotelsurabaya, God willing, you will be given good service and the best room, thank you ๐๐

The room was dirty like it hadn't been mopped, the sheets were musty and dusty, there was a lot of hair in the bathroom drain like it had never been cleaned, the shower was rusty so many of them were clogged. Dirty toilet. The room was damp so many of the walls were moldy

(+) the receptionist is kind(+) you can leave your luggage temporarily at the front office after you check out, if I'm not mistaken, up to 30 days(+) cheap(-) there was no room cleaning service for 2 nights staying there(-) no breakfast(-) there are parts of the hotel wall (not the room) that are peeling off

This is an honest review, okay?There are lots of holes in the roofThe waiter talks a lot and gossips, gets involved in consumer problems.That's how the lights flickered in horror.Two floors, no lift.The room too huh. Come on ๐๐ญ. Why don't you stay here? The photos are just aesthetic.In the wrong room the lights were off, there were lots of spiders.Dirty room, said it had been cleaned but there was still hair etc.That's it, the water heater is rusty.Isa's small refrigerator doesn't turn on.The sheets are stained, the cleaner is only available at 11-12.It's really annoying ๐ญ๐.The photo has disappeared. Just remembered to seriously comment here. How lazy.
