We stayed here as organic cyclists on our Saale bike tour and felt very comfortable. We were served delicious home-cooked food and the room was beautifully furnished and clean. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. We can also recommend the regional herbal schnapps from the druggist in Hirschberg.Many thanks again to the hotel manager! 😊👍

My e-bike battery was empty and I had to look for accommodation somewhere using my smartphone. Everyone else had no time left and I asked on the spot. A nice room was available, dinner could also be prepared without meat by the landlady if desired and the breakfast was also good.

My view:We were traveling on business and had to stay overnight and found this accommodation here.I can only confirm the positive reports.We had booked in for dinner at 7 p.m.Then we got into a traffic jam and time passed.I then called to let you know. We were relieved of our worries about missing out on food.When we finally arrived at around 8.45 p.m. we were given the menu and a cold beer with a smile.We cautiously ordered schnitzel/ fries. - No problem, was the boss's answer.She disappeared into the kitchen and soon the knocking of the schnitzels sounded from there.So freshly prepared, fries as well and with two large plates of schnitzel/fries/side dish.The rooms were clean and big enough.Then breakfast, there was a bit of everything, rolls were warm.Although we wanted to have breakfast at 7 a.m., everything was perfectly prepared.We can make a clear recommendation.

I had work nearby and had my accommodation here. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The landlady personally cooked for me over the course of a few days, something I really appreciate. By the way, big compliments to the kitchen. Very nice landlady and happy to have a little chat. I'd love to come back.

Tastefully and homely furnished small hotel, with a lovely landlady and her partner. Plenty of good breakfast and a small evening menu with hearty home cooking. Good value for money. Rooms, guest room, sanitary facilities - everything was very clean. The landlady tries to satisfy all of the guests' wishes. The hotel is a good starting point for all kinds of tours in the surrounding area. Parking and WiFi are available. Highly recommended small hotel!

Here you are served by the boss herself. Located not far from the Bavarian-Thuringian border and the worth seeing Skywalk with free Wi-Fi and charging options for e-bikes, we enjoyed the peace and quiet here, as well as the delicious dinner. The guesthouse has rooms with showers and is particularly popular with cyclists on the Saale cycle path. When it gets dark, it's better to close the windows, otherwise one or two mosquitoes could find their way into the bedroom. It can then be opened again at night and you can enjoy the peace and quiet.

We are cycling from Istanbul to Wales, UK and booked a triple room on the afternoon of the night we wanted to stay. We arrived after 7pm and couldn’t have asked for more: a warm welcome, beer, good wholesome dinner, comfortable room, and good breakfast. Recommended.
