The only positive thing is the friendly staff on the hotline. Otherwise the room is very dirty. Cobwebs and dust in every corner. Even our bedside lamp was already woven in. It is also very noisy. You wake up every time someone walks through the stairwell. The heating and shutters didn't work either. Over €60 for 2 people per night is simply too much. However, the location in Weidenberg is good. Some restaurants and a Norma are within walking distance.

MinimalistThere isn't even a clothes hanger in the room. The house is very noisy. There is significant mold deposits in the shower. The access system only works with cell phones. You access a link that is sent by email, then the door opens. Is that safe??

Booking is online. Rooms are clean, beds and linens are new and comfortable. Renovated old building.Online support very good.A technical glitch occurred while booking and activating. This caused an hour delay in checking in. It's best to get everything done as quickly as possible beforehand. Then things go a little faster.Ideal for last-minute bookers on short notice.Rooms are non-smoking.Online support ToP!If you don't want room service, you should let us know. We didn't say anything, but no one came to refill it. It was fine so far for two nights, the clean towels were enough.A small kettle with coffee and tea is available. But not cups. Luckily we had some, but that's weird, right? 😂 Conveniently located, yet quiet.We could have paid for parking, but it's not necessary, there's no parking problem. The parking spaces in the yard were occupied by other guests on the second evening anyway. They didn't book anything either, but if I had, the parking space would have been unnecessarily paid for.Unnecessary for this hotel.Good approach, but implementation is still a problem. But everything is okay. Despite everything: for the location, the price, full marks are not possible!
