The name Rosenthal stands for exclusivity. This is immediately reflected in the hotel. The furnishings of the rooms could also accommodate this. Everything you need for a short night's sleep is there, so it doesn't matter if it's a bit noisy. In order to ignore the animal appearance, window grilles would make sense. A note about this is excused as expensive and could also be used to express its raison d'être through cracks.The breakfast buffet, which the older guests really appreciate, is laborious and yet lacking. Gentle handling of the coffee beans allows the heart to continue beating peacefully. According to information at reception, there was an immediate, unfortunate call back.All the best.

You can take a little journey back in time to the 1960s in this hotel: a very friendly welcome and excellent food in the restaurant, which is also stylishly furnished. And if you enjoy it, you can stock up on matching porcelain at the nearby outlet.

We absolutely loved the hotel. The rooms are individually artistically decorated with modern furniture, bright and spacious. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant, the menu we chose with wine accompaniment was very good. The staff was very friendly and very attentive.

I visited the Rosenthal Casino with my sweetheart on the occasion of the Porcelain Festival. I am absolutely THRILLED!! Our room was spotlessly clean, charmingly furnished, with everything you need. The special style of the hotel and restaurant is of course great for art fans... My only criticism of the room was the sink/lavabo, which I found decidedly too small - ours was right next to the shower wall, which made it a bit impractical. But not bad, since it's a "design" piece, so it's absolutely fine for me.I found the restaurant to be ABSOLUTELY TOP CLASS SUPERLATIVE. The whole decor/equipment, the design ("Retrofuture" vibes came up), the food, the service... Can't be beat... The dishes were INCREDIBLY GOOD, the service was TOP... The breakfast was for me Personally ok... I would have liked a little more selection, but it was quite good, including the nice service.I am THRILLED with the hostess... the lady is simply INCREDIBLY WARM, CHARMING, PROFESSIONAL and really does EVERYTHING for the well-being of the guests... including special requests... I hope I can go back... Was especially from the Traveled to Switzerland and am so happy, a room was canceled so we got one after all. THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything and best wishes from Bern!

Ms. Körber and her team implemented our (also very spontaneous) wedding celebration shortly before Christmas in no time at all. Thanks to the great friendliness and perfect service at the RC, we were able to enjoy our day. The buffet, the wine recommendation, the service - we felt completely at home. Our guests were also thrilled. Thanks for that!

It goes like this... Rooms are definitely a matter of taste.The breakfast is very manageable and has no surprises.The Fichtel Gin in the evening at €21.50 is a disgrace in terms of price and dosage form....Not again for me
