Very harmonious thermal spa with sauna area. The sauna area is a little too spacious; when the number of visitors is higher, infusions are unfortunately only held in one sauna. The infusions in the smaller saunas should not be neglected. The way of twisting the towel like pizza dough is followed too closely here. Unfortunately, traditional teeing off is neglected.

We were on the motorhome parking space at the thermal baths... it was very nice... the staff was very friendly.When we registered, we received the Siebequell app...but we couldn't use it to register in the spa or restaurant...because it didn't know our room number that was on the invoice. It's a shameThe food in the hotel was good but very expensive. Price/performance wasn't right for me.

We spent a wonderful week at Siebenquell in September. The hotel offers a variety of ways to spend the whole day in the complex. The food was excellent and the service and friendliness of the staff deserve special praise. In particular, it was also possible to eat gluten-free with pleasure.If you love the Fichtelgebirge and want to combine hiking and wellness, the Siebenquell is the perfect place for you.

All in all it was a very nice stay, good food, clean rooms, friendly staff - especially in the catering area. The spa facility was also completely satisfactory.When we left, however, we were really hit in the face. Not to mention Mrs. S's unfriendliness, she sent me back to the room like a schoolboy to get the bathrobes/towels (there was never any mention of handing them over to reception upon departure). Something like that in a 4 star hotel - an absolute NO GO.

Nice thermal baths, good food. Good massages and treatments.Additionally: be sure to check the invoice before departure. We were charged for a bouquet of flowers that we did not order. We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights... (2 adults) and we absolutely loved the thermal baths... it's pure relaxation...And we were also impressed by the hotel... The breakfast left nothing to be desired… and the dinner was also a great end to a relaxing day every day… the buffet was always a highlight…. From the selection... From the quantity and also the quality of the food... The staff is competent and extremely friendly...The only negative point... are the mattresses... they are quite hard... and therefore a bit uncomfortable...All in all we had 5 pretty relaxed and nice days...We'll definitely be back...👍👍

After about 15 visits to this spa and several attempts, we never got a drink. No mention of food at all. Either the staff ran away from work, or no one is there forever, or you are simply ignored. Maybe our face doesn't fit, but please say so, because then we'll just go to another thermal spa. Maybe replace the staff with German specialists? (just because of their friendliness)The saunas are really great and the staff at the entrance is always very friendly.

Unfortunately as a satisfied, positive regular guest! A bottomless impudence. 100% payment is required and only a maximum of 60% performance is provided. Mr. Gesell Investments in skilled personnel and customer satisfaction should be the priority and not just profit. Kind regards Oh PS: 100% certainty the quality does not correspond to a 4 star hotel

We went there for the first time, based on a recommendation, and were so impressed! Great ambience, very! delicious food and, above all, nice employees.The pool bar is recommended, especially the delicious cocktails.Definitely suitable for younger people too.Our new favorite thermal bath! We will be there again in October and are looking forward to it!5*

Very nice holiday but with a catch!Food, thermal baths and hotel rooms were great.It's just a shame for me as a smoker that smoking is only allowed in designated places.I was specifically looking for a hotel for my vacation with a balcony where I could smoke... But smoking is prohibited on the balcony.Maybe think about your concept.Therefore only 2 stars out of 5.That's why I won't be booking there again.

We have now booked the DaySpa including breakfast buffet for the third time. So far we have always been very satisfied. This time too, the selection and quality of the breakfast buffet was very good. The staff in the hotel's restaurant were also polite and friendly. The massages in the spa area are good, the staff is professional and friendly, and everything was top notch here too. The thermal baths, the sauna area and the GesundZeit are wonderful. This is the perfect place to relax for a whole day.The only thing that irritated me and my companion was the employee who looked after us at the reception in the morning.We arrived at 10:00 am, the breakfast buffet is available until 11:00 am.The last few times we arrived at this time, it has never been a problem. We have a journey of around 2 hours, so we appreciate the opportunity to have breakfast a little longer.We were the only guests who had breakfast in the restaurant at 10:00 a.m. This was probably due to the fact that a company was having a meeting there and we were there during the week and not on the weekend.After about 40 minutes we had breakfast and picked up our bathrobes at reception.The employee mentioned above told us that the restaurant staff was angry because we weren't there for breakfast at nine o'clock. When we pointed out that breakfast was served until 11 a.m., she explained to us that the DaySpa guests usually arrive at 9 a.m. Having been taught like this, we stood there a little embarrassed and started our day with the feeling that we weren't actually wanted.That was certainly a snapshot, but in case of doubt, moments like these decide whether a day was a complete success or not.The DaySpa offer is a really nice thing, and especially here employees should make guests feel welcome.This was our only downer and we really hope that next time everything will be fine and we can enjoy the day from start to finish.

Very nicely located. We actually only went to the thermal baths here. I liked a lot of things, the only deduction is that a DJ played way too extreme bass late in the evening. Unfortunately, the relaxation was over. In addition, the prices for the thermal baths are quite cheap, but the other health pools are unfortunately only included in the most expensive tariff.
