Very nicely decorated rooms, very nice old building! Very centrally located. Very transparent communication about the scope of services.A mattress cover should be standard in a hotel. Busy street in front of the house.

Very old building converted into a hotel. Room itself is great but the floors make extreme noises, the walls are extremely thin, you can hear almost everything. The fact that it is central and has parking spaces is very good!

Fine hotel in Coburg. Self check-in worked smoothly for me. Info beforehand covered everything. Room was large and pleasant. Heater heats up quickly. No winter blankets, just used the second blanket. Checkout the next day at reception was easy and friendly. Recommendation.

Very nice old hotel, furnished with love, right on the pedestrian zone. Uncomplicated check in. Unfortunately there was no breakfast, but there was a bakery and café nearby.

An actually very nice old house with very nice, clean and modern rooms in a pleasantly calm design, mixed with a touch of farmhouse style. But with steep stairs and lots of landings and thresholds, it's not for people with limited mobility. In the dark hallways, warm, discreet lighting should provide pleasant light (would significantly enhance the ambience) or at least the lights should turn on automatically with motion detectors. This is my second time here and I can now say the following about the hotel:Check-in takes place online, key from the machine, invoice via email without comment. Everything prompt, efficient, smooth and correct. And the fact that I don't have to make small talk doesn't bother me. I don't have to queue and wait for this. Many restaurants and snack bars nearby, but no option for breakfast, but there is a Nespresso machine with 2 capsules in the room. It's completely OK for me, I don't like to eat anything in the morning anyway except maybe a croissant. But I would have liked a bottle of water in the room or a trusted bar or drinks machine.I haven't found the hotel's own parking lot yet, and the route isn't described when I booked. I think there's a note hanging on some outside door, but you only see it when you're standing in front of it without a car.Despite all the criticism, the internet is bad, the first time it was virtually non-existent, now (in the room next to the last time) it is so slow that I would rather ruin myself again by using my mobile data.Super narrow duvets, only about 1.10 meters long (but immaculately covered in white and pleasantly scented). I didn't even know that such a measure even existed and I don't understand why a hotel would risk unhappy guests with something so nonsensical that doesn't even really save any money, plus no extra pillows and extra blankets, definitely not something for the winter when you want to snuggle up.At least at the time of booking, the price seemed OK compared to the other prices in Coburg, but subjectively the room would only be worth the considerable amount of money if the little things mentioned (light in the house, duvets, pillows, WiFi, description of the parking lot). , water in the room) is still clearly screwed.

This small hotel on the edge of the old town is exceptionally beautiful. The historic building offers beautifully furnished rooms that have charm and style. Our room had a very comfortable bed and was pleasantly quiet. We slept very well and will definitely book here again, also because of the price, the location and the free parking spaces.

Top location in Coburg and really nice rooms in the old walls. Unfortunately there is no breakfast and the promised bakery in the immediate vicinity is closed on Sundays. We stayed in the hotel for two nights and didn't see any staff. Unfortunately there is no drinks machine, not even water. In my opinion, price and performance are not in the right relationship here.
