Very nicely located hotel.Unfortunately it's too focused on golf.Everything is very bare and cool.However, the cuisine is very, very tasty

Hotel resembles a youth hostel. Rooms of the lowest standard and that as a "3* superior" golf hotel. This shows once again how much fake reviews and bought stars lead you to think it will be okay. Um, clearly... no.Guys, it's a golf hotel and how can you play golf in a relaxed manner if you can't sleep and eat properly.The taste of the food was okay, but nothing special.Breakfast was nothing special and everything was somehow so bland.We had a room in the basement and it was very cold due to the low temperatures. The heaters were only turned on after several requests and pressures.I don't want to go into further detail now, because because of their award event and what it's called the highlight of the year, they made sure that you check into the hotel and as soon as you enter the room you immediately say, okay, actually, get out of here quickly.In my opinion, the golf course is no reason to go there, as there are much better golf courses behind the border. Golf course 2**, hotel -1*No recommendation. Once and never again.

Middle class rooms, mold in the shower, mosquitoes in the room (lack of mosquito repellent), loveless breakfast where you have to get everything individually.The coffee is terrible, no selection was offered.Conclusion: once and never again...

We don't evaluate the stay but rather the marketing or the Fahrenbach Trophy in golf!My partner qualified as a starting place for a tournament at the Fahrenbach Hotel. So far so nice. There was then a lot of communication and we then booked the hotel. 2 nights for 300 euros.A good 10 days before the tournament, the official invitation for the tournament came. It was nothing other than a hotel golf offer with a tournament. For 618 euros for 2! Yes, with food compared to the 300 euros and with a starting place for your partner. But when we asked that we already had the hotel and whether we could then book another package, we were only told no.So long story short... you gain permission to book a hotel weekend, which you can alternatively have in the same hotel, similarly and cheaper.So more pretense and marketing than anything else!We prefer to choose a hotel of our choice and canceled the booking.

Nice big rooms, good mattress. A little old, but clean and well maintained. Breakfast and food very good.. Price performance fits. Large terrace. Sofas in the bar, fair prices. Very nice staff!!!!Unfortunately I couldn't swim in the pond.. the sandy beach is probably overgrown.. that could be improved!!

During our 4-day stay, we were surprised that the room wasn't cleaned and no fresh towels were put in. When asked, they say this only happens every three days due to a lack of staff. What kind of hotel is this?

We really like the hotel.The location, the service and the culinary offerings are excellent. There is something for everyone (from vegans to omnivores).The golf course is well maintained and easy to play.Great location due to its proximity to Wunsiedel and the festival there.

Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay with excellent and courteous service.We were there with 2 families (3 children aged 2 to 5) and even though it is not a “children's hotel”, the children were warmly welcomed and treated courteously at all times - a truly service-oriented service!The golf course was in excellent condition and the food was also very good (price performance: 5 stars).The rooms are clean and well-kept - if you don't need something super modern: the furnishings are functional and absolutely fine.We will be back :-)

Eat good. Clean and spacious rooms. Super friendly service. Challenging and hilly golf course. All verdigris are on a terrace. You have to hit them well.
