The hotel has its own character and is generally good. We checked in very late and struggled to find our room. Anyone who reads has a clear advantage. It was described that the room was in another house. Once we checked it worked. Breakfast very good.

Since we already knew Kronach from the past, we wanted to spend the weekend here and we were very happy. We got a very nice room, it was very large and had a great bathroom, and lovingly furnished. A minibar, air conditioning and safe are also available. Everything was very clean and equipped to a high standard. It was absolutely quiet. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The next highlight was the Brauwirtshaus 's Antla. Here you can have delicious food and of course enjoy the home-brewed beer. The staff is professional and very friendly. Here we would like to mention the master brewer who saved us from thirst and saved us with his beer. We enjoyed this in front of the restaurant and watched the hustle and bustle on the street. The hotel and the brewery are housed in beautiful buildings. We felt very comfortable here and will be back.

A nice hotel in the middle of the city. The room almost met our expectations. I always don't understand why people save money on pillows at such high room prices. A guest comes to relax and sleep is very important. The water in the shower room doesn't drain properly and the extractor was very loud. The breakfast was nothing special, but everything was included. The room price is too high, but I'm happy to find a hotel that allows you to take the dog with you.

Very nice hotel with cozy rooms in the Upper Town of Kronach. We were guests there at the turn of the year 2023/2024.Extremely rich breakfast selection, friendly and competent staff, and the New Year's Eve buffet was the absolute highlight!We lived in the "Floßherrenhaus" branch, where the brewery inn "s' Antla" ("The Duckling") is located and where we went for dinner and the New Year's Eve buffet.The parking situation in Kronach's Upper Town is a bit "tense", so it's better to pre-order an underground parking space when booking - it's definitely worth it!A special recommendation are the wellness services offered on site: my wife booked a full-body massage, which she still raves about today.

Saturday 11/25/23The lady in the breakfast service is very unfriendly.When I asked about croissants at 10:15 a.m., the answer was:It takes 40 minutes to bake, but there isn't enough time!Other guests also asked about additional rolls (two more rolls in the basket).So motivation and friendliness would be appropriate.

Hotel with cozy rooms located in the middle of the old town. Absolutely top location, rooms and bathrooms very spacious. The mattresses were very comfortable and no noises bothered us at night. The breakfast was okay, the staff was very nice. We felt very comfortable and are happy to recommend the hotel.

Quaint hotel and spacious rooms. Everything clean and tidy.The wallpaper in the room is a work of art in itself and is elaborately crafted. The furnishings could be in a little better shape - you can see past one or two crooked lampshades. But everything is neat and functional.The dinner on the terrace was world class and impressed.We would have expected more at breakfast. Narrow buffet, not very regional with a small selection. There is potential here.

Class! Old half-timbering meets staff who know what they are doing!!! The service is attentive without being intrusive, the location of the hotel in the middle of the old town is excellent, there is an underground car park with parking spaces for motorcycles (€4.50), the food is a poem. Price for a double room including underground parking and breakfast = 153.00 euros. The terrace in the Hotel s'Antla is one of them and gives the impression of Hollywood in Kronach. Honestly, I was thrilled!

Nice hotel with comfortable beds. It consists of two buildings opposite of each other. The main building also houses the restaurant with nice outside terrace. The small brewery (Antlabräu) is also housed in the llwer part of the main building
