Most like staying here, it's close to the head office so the motorbike taxi is fast.Complete facilities, everything alive, AC, TV, hot shower.The only minus is that the location is a bit inland so if you want to walk anywhere it's a hassle. But never mind

The bed is clean, the bathroom is also clean (hot water is OK), the TV channel is a bit jammed/the signal is bad, the trash can is outside the room, maybe you can put it in... because you are used to seeing it in the room... or is that already the SOP?

It's very dirty, according to the price, from the bathroom the toilet is dirty, the bed is really dirty, the towels are torn plus it's dirty like a doormat... it smells musty and nothing special!

From the many reviews I read... Finally I experienced this too, while staying here. About male receptionist employees who are rude, curt, indifferent and talk to guests. His eyes and hands are playing games, really... The owner can't help but look for other employees who are friendlier. No matter how good the hotel is. So I really feel bad about this male receptionist...As for the room, the mattress was bad, the springs were shaking a lot. The room wasn't cleaned, the walls were moldy. Very ticklish. Dirty bed linen. The bathroom door was crusty. The toilet shower jet was broken... the hose had a hole. Needs a little maintenance and new employees for sure...

Clean rooms, convenient location because it is indoors. The minus is that it is far from the crowds so access to food etc. is a bit difficult. But overall staying here is satisfied. Recommended for solo travelers looking for cheap accommodation in Surabaya

The guest house feels like a hotel, for that price it's okay just for resting, only soap and bath towels are provided, 14" TV, warm water shower and wash basin, car parking is usually in front of the location, such as the meeting hall field, not in front of the guest house. Service is okay friendly, cleanliness is okay, close to Ciputra World, walk 10-15 minutes. Only the room smells uncomfortable when you first enter, maybe because it is in a housing complex

Very good, the price doesn't reach 200, but the room is clean and doesn't have a lot of dust. Yes, even if the bed sheets & blankets are not well maintained, they may rarely be replaced with new ones, just wash the laundry. But overall OK!

Get 2 bottles of mineral water in the room. The water can be continuously refilled in the dispenser in front of the receptionist.β
Close to hawker and food centers. It's really easy to find food here. Starting from snack carts, food stalls, restaurants, cafes, even mall food.β
Check in is not complicated. Just show the order ticket and you can choose the deposit, whether you want to deposit 100k/identity card (KTP, SIM, etc.) which will be returned when checking out.β
The receptionist is always standing by as long as I need anything. I've borrowed spoons, bowls, even when I wanted to stay overnight, it was really easy to manage.βοΈThe parking lot is small, enough for 3 cars and several motorbikes.βοΈ The toiletries only come with 2 small pieces of hotel soap. There is no toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo. So bring your own toiletriesβοΈ Received 2 towels, but they were soft, the color was no longer white.βοΈThe bed cover is clean, but it has some tearsβ The cleanliness of the bathroom is lacking. The bathroom door, shower, toilet, were crusty because they were in contact with water and were wet but weren't cleaned properly. The toilet is also dirty, like it's been like that for a long time...
