The building is beautiful, the bed and shower are fine.|These are the only positives.|Reception was very unfriendly, we could take a seat on the cold garden terrace because there was a conference. …

We are fans of the Enjoy Hotels. This hotel is located in a beautiful old town with many ancient half-timbered houses. The hotel is a combination of three large houses, each with its own history. …

Excellent hotel on the edge of the Altstadt. Very friendly staff, really tasty food (the tastiest we have had at an Enjoy hotel so far). Nice spacious rooms. Unreservedly recommended!

We have been traveling with our group to various Enjoy hotels for years. And we enjoyed all the other hotels. Hotel Burgerhof was ok. but the food was very poor, the evening meal was lukewarm and very salty. It seemed as if the food had been prepared a day earlier. Too bad because the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. But we won't come here anymore.

We had booked early for this hotel and only then read the reviews and we were shocked by the many negative reactions, but it wasn't too bad. We booked with Enjoy hotels, whose formula is full board. A reasonable breakfast with plenty of choice and sometimes something ran out, but we only had to wait a while and it was replenished. We were allowed to make a packed lunch from breakfast and take it with us in a bag, dinner was simple but very tasty, always sufficient and of good temperature. The staff is young and very friendly and does their best. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is carpeting that dampens the sound well, which helps reduce noise. The furnishings are outdated but not worn out. Good beds and a bath with shower. There is a bus that drives around for 50 cents and takes you to various stops in the village, which is nice because the walk back to the hotel is quite steep and we Dutch are not used to that. All in all, we were very pleased with Hotel Burgerhof.
