Top room... if you like it modern, simple and functional. Everything is there and in top quality. The room was very clean, had a small balcony and a small tea or coffee maker. Checking in and out worked wonderfully via the app. There is a small café downstairs in the house where you can get breakfast.

I could really go on and on, but I'll keep it brief.I checked in twice and both days it was a total disaster.Booked a room that wasn't available, so I couldn't get up the elevator with the code.Chatbot is garbage.Telephone service is virtually non-existent.A telephone bot comes along and guides you through two menus, each with two options. In both cases, you end up hanging up immediately 😂👌🏻So they don't want to help you on the phone.There was no staff on site who could have done anything. I think it's a shame.The only good thing about the store are the rooms once you arrive 🫠You have to know what you're getting into.Oh, by the way. There is a breakfast package, but the quantity is a joke. Gluten free option was possible for me. But on the first day I had yogurt with muesli and I couldn't have asked anyone if it was actually gluten-free. That's a shame too.

I can really recommend Numa Hotel in Berlin... It's a new, well-equipped and modern hotel... They now also have the Einstein Café downstairs... So you can have a great start to the day... Otherwise The hotel is also very centrally located... You can reach a lot on foot in just a few minutes... The S-Bahn station and subway are about 5 minutes away from the hotel... We have already stayed at the property twice and were still thrilled with the room this time

I wish there was a zero star option, that's what it deserves. In short, stay away from this scam brand.They claim to be "replacing the unnecessary fuss with some much needed simplicity and delight", but the reality is that you will pay a price higher than that of a four-star hotel, and then get a room that has no services (they even skipped the front desk reception and security), is completely different from the photos on the website, is dark and small, feels like a prison, and strangers who are not sure whether they are guests can enter and exit the hotel at will and follow you upstairs. This is the so-called "Stirring technology and taste together". And according to their unreasonable policy, you will no longer be able to cancel after you check in, but if you don't check in, you will have no chance to find out how bad the hotel and the room are. When you face such a situation or have other service requests, you can't find a real person at the front desk to negotiate how to deal with it. There is only a phone call or WhatsApp played by AI, and endless waiting. Any complaints you make will be useless. They will always procrastinate and perfunctory until you give up.Update：After three complaints, Numa still refused to cancel the reservation. Yesterday, they said I could change to another room in two days. As a result, a stranger suddenly broke into the room I was staying in the next morning. I was very scared. This person could not speak English or German. It was impossible to communicate. Later, I learned that the system had changed the room status and changed the room I was still living in to unoccupied, it is indeed a scam company that relies on AI to operate.I cannot accept such service. I would like to advise everyone who plans to stay here that if you don’t want to ruin your mood, stay away from this brand.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. The management seems to believe that a WhatsApp AI bot can replace the need for on-site staff and has false advertising on their website.The hotel advertised a common area on their website. Upon arrival, I discovered that a café had opened on the ground floor instead. The staff mentioned that this change had been in place for months and generally didn't have many positive things to say about the hotel management. It appears that the AI bot forgot to update the website to reflect this change. Is the AI bot also responsible for updating the signs in the elevators and on the room floors? Good luck with that!After several attempts, I finally managed to speak with a real person (or perhaps just a more advanced AI). They apologised for the inconvenience but failed to take any action to address the false advertising.I didn't even bother telling them about all the other issues I encountered. My favorite was trying to shower in the darkness because the automatic light sensor was positioned too far away from the shower. Another issue was the washing machine, which is (without any information, contrary to what the AI said) actually handled by a company called "WeWash", charging 7 Euros per washing + drying cycle.In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

The room itself was nicely decorated. But everything around it doesn't work at all:Room wasn't ready at check in time. When we got into the room there was still hair on the bathroom floor.Also very noisy. The doors to the rooms close very loudly and quickly. And every evening we had to ask our roommates to be quieter.There was still food in the fridge from the guest in front of us.There is also a dead pigeon on the roof in the yard.If it was just one of the things listed, okay. But all in all it really wasn't nice.The fact that the hotel has no staff wasn't that bothersome for us. Check in and out worked well so far.
